Lovely hosts”
We enjoyed our stay at the Lavender Homestay. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The pool looked good but the weather was a little chilly when we visited so we didn't go in. We rented bikes from the homestay and cycled to nearby attractions. We also used their laundry service which was super speedy. We were there over the Tet holiday (Vietnamese New Year) and our hosts invited us for a traditional Vietnamese dinner with the other guests which was very kind of them. They were such sweet and smily hosts and they couldn't have done more to help us.

Lovely Homestay, Incredible Service”
The Homestay was so lovely, very clean and great value for money. The location was very convenient and it was easy to walk to the centre of Tam Coc in less than 5 minutes. The swimming pool looked lovely, we did not end up using it because we were out most days, only advice I would have is that they could add some sun beds so that you could relax around the pool as the surroundings were very nice. The couple who owned the Homestay were by far the nicest people I have ever met. They looked after us from start to finish, gave us free water whenever we went out for the day and free fruit as soon as we returned. The bicycle rental was also really cheap. Their Niece helped with booking day trips and gave recommendations which was really helpful, she also had a bar/restaurant near by with lovely views which we would recommend visiting. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Amazing people.”
We have no words to describe how nice these people were. We felt home as soon as we arrived. Thank you so much again for your hospitality. The place was clean and in a great location. We were able to rent a motorbike from them (bikes also available), they cooked for us, they gave us water for our day trips and a nice tea with fruit when we came back; helped us with train tickets and always with a big smile on their face. Truly amazing experience. The place also looks like the photo. Nice huge bed, clean swimming pool nice garden. Cảm ơn!

Had the most amazing stay at this home stay! The hosts were incredible nice and friendly and always serving us with fresh fruit! The breakfast they provide is excellent and they go above and beyond. The rooms are large and very clean with a comfortable bed! The pool is also a nice touch and very clean! This was by far our favorite and best stay in all of Vietnam! Would definitely recommend and come back just to stay here again we loved it so much! I was traveling with my husband and one year old and they were always so cute with him! Could recommend enough!!

Our Favorite Homestay”
We have been traveling throughout Vietnam and this homestay was by far our favorite. The location was very close to everywhere you needed to go. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great! I have zero complaints!! They were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. I highly recommend this homestay. A friend and I stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. Location is great, tucked away but very near all of the restaurants. Very clean room and comfy bed. The hosts are super friendly and really take care of you. We received fresh fruit for our welcome and they stored our bags after checkout, and again gave us more fruit! Would highly recommend!

Best place in Vietnam!”
We totally enjoyed our stay there. The Hosts are the welcoming, cute and helpful as it gets. They Always gave us waterbottles for free when we left the House for the daytrip and gave us some fruits when we came Back. They help you with everything you Need. The rooms are very Clean, spacious and have ac. The Location is also great because its quiet but you are at the Main street with all the Restaurants in 2 minutes. Totally 10/10

The most thoughtful hosts we have had in Vietnam”
The hosts here are so sweet. They brought us pineapple and tea on arrival. We sort of thought this was a welcome gift but everyday that we got home the host would greet us then run to the kitchen to prepare us a sliced pineapple and tea after our day. The breakfast is simple but extensive, with a range of options. We rated the omelette. Breakfast includes bottomless coffee and a complimentary smoothie. The hosts are very helpful and there is a lot of info in your room and on a board about the sights around tam coc and ninh binh. You can hire bikes or motorbikes from them, they will book you shuttles/buses. Our room was spacious and the pool area is great! The location is awesome too. We loved it here and stayed 3 nights. Definitely recommend this homestay!

Can't be better”
Best decision to stay there. Perfect location- very quiet but only a few steps to the Restaurants and Shops. Rooms are large, very clean, quite new and with nice decoration. Clean Pool in a nice garden. But the most important: very, very helpful and very very friendly hosts... always in a good mood and bright laugh... Would have loved to stay longer...

The homestay is close to the city. A very nice couple welcoming us. Always kind and helpful. You can rent motorcycles at the homestay for a very reasonable price. The pool is clean and wonderful to swim in. We would recommend this homestay.

Amazing stay! ”
Lovely place with lovely hosts. They had pineapples to welcome us when we arrived and when we got back on our second day. When we needed help with hot water and the toilet door's glass panel rather late into the night and the host was a mere phone call away. Breakfast was really nice and cooked fresh at your request. We were able to rent both bicycles and motorbikes from the hosts. The rooms were relatively clean and very spacious - my one small feedback would be that they could deep clean their sheets/towels as there were some small stains on these. Certainly would be back!

For the last 2 years we have travelled the world full time and this is one of the places where we’ve been best taken care of. The hosts’ energy is overwhelmingly positive, and they make you feel at home. If you’re not staying here when in Tam Coc you are missing out. We stayed for 5 nights and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was huge. The hosts were so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. We had to leave at 7am on the last day and they woke up early to prepare breakfast for us which we were very grateful for. We had a nice chat with the host and his nephew on different nights and he made us ginger tea and lit a fire for us because it was so cold! I would definitely recommend lavender homestay.
