Great staff and place”
Lovely hotel & staff service was superb. Leave it up to them to arrange your transport to the sapa center. When you reach the hotel, you are served with a hot towel and tea to freshen up. My group of 8 reached the hotel 3-4 hours earlier and they invited us to rest in a guestroom with beds and shower room to rest before check in. Rooms are cozy and clean - loved the wooden bathtub. We would recommend having breakfast there where they would serve a mix of western and Vietnamese food as well. Would visit again.

Best Resort stay in Sapa. ”
If you are looking to be in Sapa town, this might not be your preference as it's quite a distance away. For my trip, I'm looking for a relaxing view of Sapa, so this resort just gives me the best vibes. The view was magnificent, but sadly it was cold misty winter during my stay. I just get a glimpse of the view. I love my stay here I wish it could be longer. The staffs all are super helpful and friendly. They speak well English so not an issue for us. So helpful that all our request was immediately granted within mins. Special thanks to Mai and her colleagues for being so friendly. Helping my mum to walked up to the lobby. The herbal bath and massage are highly recommended too. The food was delicious. The restaurant Superior is cute and friendly too. ^^ Highly recommend staying here and enjoying some local trekking within the resort. I was hoping i can see some snow. Next time maybe!

Amazing views, service and staff”
Laxsik Ecolodge has such amazing views of the rice field the moment you draw your curtains. We were mesmerised the moment our lay our sight out the window. I really recommend Laxsik if you want to be close to the rice field. They also had many photo opportunities throughout the resort (the pool, the rice field). The resort is also very well maintained, clean with good amenities. Im glad i booked the bungalow room. Beside the stunning views, the main selling point of Laxsik was the dependable service and the welcoming staff. Even before our trip, Ms Hanna checked in to ask if we needed assistance with getting there, and helped us with booking of transportation to and from Noi Ba Airport. She made me feel very reassured as I was indeed worried about the long trip to Sapa from the airport. The reception was always friendly and genuine in connecting with travellers. I remember one of the receptionist fondly, while I regret not learning her name. She always asks about our day and remembers it well, i felt that shes not just asking for the sake of it. It gives me such a sense of home every time we head back to the resort. Laxsik would also help us to call for a driver whenever we needed one. He was friendly and helpful and we engaged his services frequently, even after we checked out of laxsik. He helped us get to places safely and we feel that we can always trust him. I had such a memorable stay, I will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so comfortable. Some things I thought could be improved - maybe there can be a vanity table with mirror, it was difficult to apply makeup etc when the only mirror is the one in the bathroom - felt like the hot water wasn’t enough to bathe and fill the hot tub at the same time. We ended up with just a quarter filled tub. Maybe we’re not meant to do both at the same time so I’m not very sure - as the curtains had a gap between the window and the curtain, have to be careful when changing or whatever, b

Stellar Customer Service ”
Loc, Mai and their team were extremely friendly, they gave us (family of 11) a very heartening warm welcome. They took care of every little detail, as such we were able to enjoy our activities worry-free. They offered great recommendations for sightseeing, helped us to make the necessary arrangements to ensure our activities were not delayed. Their food for all meals were delicious, I would definitely recommend dining in at Laxsik for their dishes and salmon hotpot. When we have a request (more water or set up the fireplace), they attended to us promptly. I will definitely return to Laxsik!! A warm embrace in the cold Sapa winter😊👍🌟

Went there early by sleeper bus and the staff got us a private room to rest from 6am - 12pm for a small fee, that was really a lifesaver! afterwhich we transferred to the bungalow booked initially on Agoda and the views from the bungalow were beautiful. managed to see some small cats as well and the bathtub showcased the gorgeous mountainside and padi fields, VERY WORTH THE PRICE. Fireplace was an added bonus, but don’t open your doors at night or the flies will get in attracted to the lights~ Loved the breakfast too and the service of the staff booking tours and arranging taxis were great! 5 star service and experience!

BEST RETREAT EVER”
My husband and I only booked a night here, but it was definitely the most relaxing 24 hours of our life. Upon arriving, we were welcomed with really good iced teas. Staff was very professional, friendly, and overall awesome. The room was really beautiful, and the view was out of this world. We ordered dinner, and while it was more expensive predictably, it was really good. Breakfast was also super good. We didn't mind that there was a bit of construction going on. We had the best stay, and I would love to stay here again when we have the chance to go back to Sapa.

Superb Views overlooking mountain valleys”
The closest you can get to waking up to the Muong Hoa Valley mountain views. You have to be physically there to take in the breathtaking views. Welcome tea was served when we arrived, and we were given an upgrade to the room to deluxe king room. There was an infinity pool just outside our room, but it was too cold to swim, photos there were impressive nonetheless. A TV in the room would totally elevate this experience. Breakfast included pho and other international spread like bread, bacon, fried rice, Instant noodles and was to my liking. Hotel location was about 10mins drive from Sapa town centre. Hotel staff was friendly and won't hesitate to help with luggages and queries that you may have.

Had a great stay at Laxsik. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Views were excellent, food was great and the staff wer friendly and helpful. The massage at the in house spa was also very good, we had the Vietnamese massage and we highly recommend it.

Amazing resort!”
We stayed there for only 1 night but we had an amazing experience. The view and our bungalow was incredible and the service was really great. Breakfast buffet was very yummy, it was my birthday and the manager gave us special drinks for free! Room was clean and very quiet, you can hear the birds singing. We definitely want to come back and stay again! Thank you Nam for your amazing energy and taking good care of us. Your hospitality was amazing and we thank you and the whole team for a wonderful experience.

Unforgettable Experience & Stay”
My family and I checked in on my birthday itself. What a surprise I got when I entered the room. It was beautifully decorated with lots of balloons on the bed and wall. We had a sumptuous sturgeon hotpot dinner. After dinner, Nguyen, one of the amazing staff at the restaurant, presented me with a birthday cake and even sang birthday song. The ecolodge also gave me a little pressie. We got a picturesque view of the rice terrace and mountain range right from the balcony even though it’s winter. It’s probably even more beautiful during summer. We kept ourselves warm with the heater and fireplace in the room. The bed even has a heated mattress. All in all, the service staff there certainly is key in making our stay memorable. A big shoutout to Quan, Nguyen and Mai. Thank you for your wonderful help and service!

This was my best stay/memory in Sapa. The place offers a great view of the paddy fields, staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. It is an unique experience. Breakfast options are great and plenty. They served lunch and dinner at the restaurant as well and food taste good. Enjoyed my stay here, will definitely return to Laxsik the next time I'm back in Sapa.

We had an amazing experience with the hospitable hotel staff who were very helpful from arranging for transport to the local tours at reasonable prices. Room was great and very wonderfully furnished, bed was comfy and room is clean. Pool was clean and had a good view of the paddy fields and mountains -great for taking pictures. We also had a very hearty breakfast at the hotel.

Fabulous Family Getaway!”
Laxsik met our family’s needs beautifully. Our family of seven fit very comfortably in their family bungalow. The children loved the outdoor space and flower field, and we all felt welcomed and at-home. It's short but a good experience for me”
- Nice staff: I arrived around 5:30 AM but the receptionist was so careful, he also gave us his blankets - Good food: Not many dishes in the morning, but they are excellent - View: It was foggy on the first day but better on the second. - Room: very big and has enough facilities The thing I like most is the heater, it's chill and romantic, we really enjoyed the last night of the year. In general, I like Laxsik. Would be there again in future.
