The deco and facilities in the room is great. I totally salute the hotel staffs for cleanliness at the premise. The check-in was good despite it was a busy weekend. The staffs were pretty exhausted by the time we arrived for our check in but I can see that they put up pleasant greetings and tones dealing with guests.

Good value, good quality. ”

I’m in Pleiku three or so times a year. This is a very functional hotel located almost next door to the Tre Xanh where we used to stay. This place is less expensive and staff is friendlier. Pay the extra few dollars for the room that’s a staff above the basic because it’s much more spacious, if that matters to you. Best deal I’ve found in Pleiku so far. We will stay again.

Very acceptable for the price. Lobby was luxurious. The staff are friendly, pleasant. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Furniture is moden The bed was so comfy and bathroom was clean.

Two nights in Pleiku”

I booked 2 rooms for 5 people, however, their paper showed only for 4 people, so they charged the extra person. It's different from what I booked from agoda.com. Even though, the extra person had to sleep on the floor as no extra bed was provided. WiFi is OK, clean room, not many choices for breakfast, and food is not very tasty. Good service though, and reception very helpful in lending us their motorcycle to carry our big luggage to the close by bus station. The location is excellent as it's close to the night food market, inter-district bus station, restaurants.

Friendly staff, value for money”

The hotel is new just 1 year old. There are few problems when we stayed (hot water was not hot) but the staff attended promptly. The hotel provides a basic accommodation and simple breakfast but good enough. No hand soap. Bed is a little hard for me but my parents liked it.
