There is a real river beside the hotel and can enjoy hearing sound of the water from river while watching the green mountain and smell fresh air. All staffs are friendly, welcoming, and cooperative. There was bad smell came form toilet then they changed my room. Thanks to Mr. Sandra. It is better if they have carpet on floors in the room. Nice Staycation”
Actually there was a problem about the booking, but luckily the Duty Manager on that day Mr. Sonny was really helpful and also from Agoda support was also helpful too, so the problem was cleared rite away. Now, about the hotel. The property was really cool, the lobby was big and clean. The room too, was also clean, the food have quite variation and taste good too. Then the facilites for my kids was really awesome. They have 3 pools, for adult, kids, and warm pool. Then they have kids room too, mini zoo, and flying fox. My kids have tremendous time there. Recommended staycation in there.

You must try this hotel, It's very worth it! The room is spacious and very clean, they provide luxurious bath room with great view of the mountain and ricefield below. You can enjoy sunset/sunrise at your balcony with your partner while breezy wind sweep on your face. If you hungry, just go down and enjoy delicious duck at famous bebek tepi sawah, the taste exactly the same with bali. If you bring your kids, just walk along the rice field, they have swings, rabbits, and deer.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staffs are friendly. The only thing they can improve is the food. It's delicious and the restaurant is comfortable, but I had hoped more variety from a hotel in this caliber. Nonetheless, it did not lessen the enjoyment of our stay.

Le Eminence has a complete set of facilities. The room is big and clean, the services are great. The facilities for nature recreation (river, paddy field, pet feeding, horse riding, paintball, outbound) is only step away, the view and scenery is GREAT! And many proper restos are surrpunding the hotel, its location easy to access for Go Food. Le Eminence is a perfect place for one stop family vacation / staycation. Would love to come and stay again!

This is my first time to stay in Le Eminence for weekend getaway. As a family traveler with young children, this hotel provide indoor and outdoor playground. Infinite swimming pool are stunning, the view from our room with balcony is excellent. I am totally satisfied with the staff service, room cleanliness, and the food. Love it !

The room is very comfortable with very memorable view for young children. Also there are many pools for different people even there is a pool with warm water and one of my kids like it very much. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They treat my kids nicely and accompanied with wonderful smiles.

This hotel is very comfortable. Facilities are good. Room and hotel cleaness are good. Staff are friendly. Location is good. Near Amen rest. I recomend this hotel. Ohya, breakfast on 2nd day (saturday) were crowded. Some food are finished though it was only 9am. Need more improvement for breakfast on busy weekend.

The hotel is located with very good view ambience. This is the most affordable hotel with bathub facility. It has luxury Bebek Tepi Sawah restaurant where located in hotel area. However, I stayed with 3 nights on not right time. There was a event Ombudsman who booked the restaurant while we are looking silence staying. And 1 last night, there was quite loud karaoke around until 9pm. I havent tried the food in Veranda Restaurant due to event. I just tried food in Terrarium Cafe where located at rooftop. The food is nice, and for those who are looking budget meals there are several restaurants halal and non halal that you might good in your taste. The most famous sate kambing Hanjawar is very closed with this hotel, and top recommended. You can just walk from hotel to Sate Kambing. My feedback for this hotel is only one: you need to do maintenance regurlarly. I am super concerning about cleaning, although its small dust or unfinished painting, but its disturbing.

The best hotel in the Puncak area, spacious parking, friendly staff. clean room, good air circulation in the room so the room remains fresh. Maybe as a suggestion it can add ice cream menu to the buffet menu at breakfast. Great !!!

This hotel has a good nature view. But the style interior is standard level. The pool, lobby, even in corridor, they have standard level of style. Sleeping with the sound of river and nature”
Stay here for 1 night at 1 Jan'21 , the hotel is big with 18 floors and all room has mountain and also river view, it was crowded when We chack in and finding a parking lot is quite tricky despite the various parking lot they provide Plus : 1.This is a 5 star hotel where the guest has previlege to enjoy the green lush view, the clear water river flowing and yellowish paddy field right in front of your room wide balcony.. 2. The room is spacious with a bath up which my choldren love and also a standing shower 3. Breakfast is magnificent with many variety and tasty food, they give us plastic handgloves to take food for gealth protocol 4. The staff is super friendly and helpfull 5. The hotel facility is complete with little zoo , many instagrammable spot, play in the clear water river , horse riding and flying fox Downside : 1. unfortunately the bed is quite small only queen size and gives only 2 pillows.. 2. The interior is not so great for a 5 star hotel.. they dont impress us with luxury or magnificent look and feel.. the lobby lift is empty and poorly decorate.. even I have stayed at 4 star hotel with better decoration Please improve this and your hotel will worth 5 stars and bring in more visitors
