The space is really good. However I find it very odd that the sockets were not near to the beds. Even I had trouble looking for the socket for the kettle. The location is convenient though. However the room is very empty. I would recommend an upgrade or simply adding coffee table and chairs and decor to increase the atmosphere of the rooms.

The hotel is strategically located at Mangga Dua business areas. Great for shopping and visiting tourist attractions. However, the room is a bit run down. Its furniture and fittings need to be upgraded.

Love the breakfast food, taste yummy and delicious!! Exactly what I love! Location wise was great, easy to get to shopping mall. But the tv reception is not good and the fridge is not cold. They need to upgrade it.

Lavant Restaurant I Saw Big Rats Playing Around The Indoor Kitchen When I Having A Dinner. The Bedsheet Got Dirty Marks Still They Can Put Back Again Let The Guest Sleep. Bathroom Only Give 1 Toothbrush Even Got 2 Adults. Swimming Pool Ask For Tower Not Available. Having Breakfast Most The Food No Taste. I Took Dinner Outside At Indah Seafood 94 Is Very Delicious & Cheap. I Sleep This Hotel Have Been Power Supply Blackout 3 Times I Wonder Why This Hotel Can Get 5 Stars. The Receptionist Is Not Helping When I Asking Something. I Call The Operator Regarding The Air Con Not So Cold. They Just Say OK Ok & I Haven't Finish Talking They Just Put Down The Phone. I Have To Call Again Repeated Is Very Rude. First Time I Stay This Five Star Hotel I Very Upsetting About This Place. To The Mgt. Incharge Please Make Improvement This Standard Hotel. Regret.

I was given a king size bed when I have indicated I need a twin bed for my booking. Front desk staff is not polite at all. Breakfast spread is limited and only a few staff attending both kitchen and buffet table. My room is at the topmost floor (executive club) but AC is not cool at all, water closet is demounted from the floor and inviting accident to guests. Really disappointed with my stay in this hotel. Total waste of time and money

before i booked our hotel accommodation in jakarta, i took time to read reviews and forums in order to choose the hotel in the best location. we wanted to take time to visit and immerse ourselves into the budget-friendly shopping atmosphere in jakarta which is why i chose mangga dua, known as jakarta's shopping haven of retail stores ranging from electronics to fashion (clothes, shoes, accessories). this is the place for budget conscious travelers who'd like to shop without getting broke. the le gradeur mangga dua is adjacent to the mangga dua shopping complex; so adjacent that a door way of the hotel links to the shopping center, isn't it amazing? you can carry your shopping bags without hassle and drop them off that fast into your hotel room. the facade and lobby of the hotel is grandiose and inviting and the lounge is spacious enough to accommodate a number of people. i'd also like to commend the service of their staff who's been very accommodating from our check-in until our check-out time. the housekeeping staff were also very attentive to our needs and were able to promptly replenish the toiletries when we ran out of them. our room was cozy and clean. it was well-equipped with the suitable amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. what i was most impressed with was the hotel's buffet breakfast that had a very wide selection of food from soup, appetizers, main course and desserts as well as the beverages. it was one of the best and hearty meals i've had. another very unique offering of this buffet breakfast was the traditional indonesian medicines that are served in small glasses (although you can see them stored in bottles inside a basket) which you can find in the center island of the restaurant. we were glad to know that these concoctions have different properties from detoxification, to relief of stomach ache, colds, headache and promotion of good health. this experience should be a must-try to those who are advocates of traditional medic

le grandeur mangga dua hotel is a great hotel for business traveler, leisure trip, and others. the hotel room is clean, tidy and big.beside that it have a nice lobby with marvelous location since this area traffic is not too heavy compare to others. the buffet breakfast is quite nice with various of variety. the best of all is the hand made noodle that the chef make on the spot to guarantee the best noodle quality. the noodle then is cook and serve with the chicken broth and chicken cube. the hotel also located next to the mangga dua shopping mall which is one of the most popular electronic shopping that offer all sorts of electronic application. near the hotel also near by the pasar pagi for those who is interested in shopping or get to know more about the indonesia culture.

I really enjoyed my stay in Le Grandeur. This four star deluxe hotel shall be rated as a five star accommodation. I like the atmosphere and staffs were attentive. The security systems is sophisticated with personal card. My room is equipped with bathtube eventhought it is just a superior room. Room is spacious. Good facilities with gym and swimming pool.Fantastic place! If you would like to shop with affordable prices you could go to mangga dua shopping centres And ITC. It is heaven for inexpensive clothes and heaven for electronic devices. Plus good for wholesale things. But the best thing is because it is located in the border of central and north jakarta means you can reach both sides easily and it is not far from airport. Maybe the downsides are the complimentary drinks which come with two tiny bottles.you should pay more for bigger bottles that were served on my table. Secondly,i found there were some scratches on Bathroom's door.but it doesnt lower the quality of the hotel. I definitely like this hotel. Plus it is affordable.

Le Grandeur Mangga Dua is a good hotel if you're into bargain and electronic shopping. There are two malls connected to the hotel: ITC and Mangga Dua Mall; the latter is connected thru a bridge directly to the hotel and the former is connected to the Mangga Dua Mall via another bridge. Breakfast spread wasn't as I expected it to be but still warmed my stomach. There are no pork in the selection because Indonesia is a Muslim country.

room are clean and spacious. level 1 where breakfast is served are newly renovated in a modern and stylish look. varieties of local food and international buffet during breakfast. the teh tarik is great. visited maystar chinese restaurant, food are delicious and the waitress always service with a smile. their dim sum during lunch hour is mouth watering. the best of the hotel is its great location! for tourist like us....it is convenient and near the shopping place called itc mangga dua where one can shop and bargain for their goods. words are beyond description until one stay at le grandeur mangga dua hotel!

this is the second time i am staying in le grandeur mangga dua hotel and i did not regret choosing it. once i reach the hotel, i am greeted by very friendly staff at both the lobby and reception. the room is very big and clean and the hotel restaurant serves great food. there are a lot of good and big shopping malls around the hotel and i can easily access to the shopping malls using a passage door from the hotel lobby.
