Brilliant stay”
The first thing that must be said is how friendly, helpful and professional all the staff are. Special mention for Lucy who made my stay perfect with her advice and general over seeing of my stay and also Vien and Son who recommended local restaurants and bars etc for me to visit. The hotel is perfectly located across from the beach and has a very nice 19th floor pool.. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the maids are a delight with their constant smile whilst doing a hard job. Can’t wait to return.

The location was around 15 mins drive away from the airport. Super fast and convenient. It is also located near many seafood places. The room given to us was clean and with an amazing beach view. We can see the beach view and wave 24hrs. Recommend!

Excellent location, very clean room. My mother has wheelchair because we special request . They give us nice view room. The room is amazing, the view is beautiful ! The location to the close to beach ! The breakfast is buffet , coffee nice. All staff are nice and always help us. We both have a happy, comfortable vacation here ! Highly Recommend!!!

Location is at the center of the beach, amazing seaview and perfect spot for sunrise from our room/swimming pool at Lv19..you can have city view from Lv 19 gym room also..Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit old and sometimes no light at corridor at night..Poor soundproof..can heard live songs from somewhere and construction work next to the hotel.. Overall is value for money

Great rooftop pool,great rooms with baths. Staff super friendly. Definitely need to improve the breakfast options - the breakfast is promoted as free but there's only local food. It doesn't take much to provide some eggs, bacon bread jam Tea for international guests.
