An amazing experience”
The Le Meridian hotel was an amazing experience for me and my family. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. There was nothing they could not do to make me feel at home. In the restaurant the Indian Chef Ashwani was amazing. He kept offering me his amazing curries .I received a positive attitude towards customer service within the hotel staff. The Le Spa was excellent with its clean and comfortable environment.

Room is clean, many variation of food, staff very pleasant, and near MRT station But the toiletries is very minimal, no hair cup, no cutton bud, no shaver, no hair comb. No sandals in room.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Executive lounge was excellent with good breakfast. Room was very good and would recommend. Room service a little expensive for Jakarta but would strongly recommend the hotel.

Hi I spent one night from 7-8 august and got 3 bed bug bites on my left thigh. I slept on my left side. It’s really unfortunate. Proper thorough cleaning needed.
