High Quality”
My family spent the Eve and 1st day Chinese New Year's Eve in Le Méridien KK. Dinner and breakfast were included in the room rate. We had the best buffet dinner and breakfast ever in a hotel. The menu was carefully chosen. Not only in so much variety and quantity, the food is of high quality. Staff are friendly and helpful, always making sure every guest is happy with the room arrangement. Room is clean and quiet and the air conditioning is very cold. The location is excellent.

Le Meridien is a bright and friendly hotel. Vibrant decor, well appointed rooms, great facilities and very friendly staff. We stayed in a Club Access seaview room on the 10th floor - large, bright, cheery, very well appointed and great views of the harbor and Gaya Island. Club Access is more expensive, but comes with perks - use of the Club Lounge (great sunset views), free cocktails (or wine etc) and canapes and hot food from 5.30-8.30. Good location, friendly staff, great value ”
Had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien. Everything went well, the room was spacious and lovely. Loved their bathroom amenities (Malin + Goetz, very nice). Breakfast had an impressive array of western, Chinese, Malay, and Indian selection. Staff were very helpful (made my room even after 7pm when I asked them to). It's conveniently located. And the price compared to other hotels of the same calibre was much better value. The bed was so comfortable it was hard getting out if it in the morning. If there was one smallest bit of complaint I might have, it is that the aircon in the room was so cold, even after I turned it to higher temp and lower fan. I guess it just works too well!

We are happy couple staying at Le Meridin. The hotel situated at the best place of KK which located infront of pasar Philippines and walking distance to the food court which offered fresh seafood. The staff was friendly and very helpfull with big smile. The hotel & room is very clean, spacious and cozy with luxury ambience. As we got tired by travelling all over Sabah, we ordered room service food and surprisingly its good, hot and delicious. The breakfast variety is the best by far. Surely we gonna stay here again. Nice hotel with good location ”
We enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is nice with pretty and clean rooms, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is very central too. The only issue is the carpark. As there are no controls/gantries to stop the public from entering the hotel carpark, parking lots get filled up fast during the day.

Fantastic place to be in KK the breakfast was amazing and the staff are highly trained and make you feel like a special guest. The club lounge is worth upgrading to for sunset cocktails. The beds are very comfortable we will stay here again.

Little things that made me happy”
Was at Semporna before back to KK and booked 2 nights at Le Meridien. As expected, the room is super clean and comfy. Early check out to rush to airport early in the morning on the 3rd day, the staff kindly packed breakfast for us. We really appreciate that small gestures. Thank you. :)

Most Enjoyable ”
My family enjoyed Lunar New Year’s Eve buffet dinner very much. The dishes were well prepared, delicious, perfect settings and seafood is fresh. Room is clean but air conditioning is very cold even though it was off. The sea view and sunset is so beautiful. Free Parking space is convenient for everyone. Breakfast on the first day of New Year 2023 was superb. We had group Lao Sang dish( tossed up salads for good future). Wishing Le Meridian the best of luck and future.

Very classy. The lobby feels welcoming and open. Its suitable to relax with friends and chill out. Staff were very well trained and professional. Price was quite good as well. Above all I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite. So my review might be skewed to that. The room was definitely amazing. Very spacious, had a living room, dining table and a sofa. Felt like I was staying in 2 separate rooms of the same size. City view though so dont expect an out of this world view. The room itself to me made up for more than that. Standard breakfast as well. Typical western continental breakfast with the added local flavors like nasi lemak, fried mee. Was surprised they had blueberry yogurt which I never expected. As for the location its was very good. Overall

Very nice hotel. Room was very big and well maintained. Toilet was spacious. View of Islands very clear and beautiful from room. Staffs were very professional handling check inside, very polite and friendly. Concierge, Mr Rocky, was very detailed and helpful. Porter, Mr Jason, was also very helpful and we especially in full praise of restaurant manager, Ms Anna, for being so friendly and polite with guests. We really enjoyed our stay in Méridien. This hotel is in a great spot location wise. Food is fabulous within and plenty to eat from outside places as well. Night market is directly across the road for more food each night. Staff are very helpful, cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Areas such as hallways and pool were immaculate. I couldn't have been more happier with my stay here and would highly recommend!

We stayed here for the last night in KK after we returned from Kundasang. We booked a deluxe sea view room which come with buffet dinner and breakfast and both with a good spread of varieties. The staffs are friendly and polite especially the staffs at the restaurant, they really provide very good service. The sea view form the room are fantastic, by the time we arrived just the correct timing to catch the sunset view from our room. Bed are super comfy and room is big. We will definitely come back to Le Meredian hotel gaian if we go to KK.

We always do staycation around Kota Kinabalu but it was our 1st time stay here and we wanted a big room so family can visit and hang around. this was the place we've looked for. the price and room features plus the space was great better than some property we've stayed before. great place, my wife and kids were happy during stay, will be back for sure.

Good location and courteous staff ”
A very warm welcome received upon arrival. Front desk staff - efficient, understanding and knowledgeable. F&B service staff - helpful and very alert. Room - clean, bed is a bit soft for us. Water can leak out from the shower door if using shower head and wet the whole bathroom, Can only use the rainfall shower. Asked for floor mats and was efficiently handled by HSKP staff. Restaurant - had 3 morning buffet breakfast. Good varieties, repenishment of juice glasses was a bit slow during weekend mornings. Weekend buffet dinner - many varieties and mostly asian dishes. Poor ventilation in the restaurant which made me sneezed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our grandkids can still use the pool though it was drizzling because this outdoor pool was partially covered
