Excellent service ”
We loved our stay here, the staff was a great help I really wished I had gotten their names. The staff talked to the airport when I had questions about my flight and couldn’t communicate what I had wanted to ask. The rooms were clean and even though we didn’t use the pool we stopped by to see that it was nice. I had forgotten a piece of jewelry in the safe box, they contact me as soon they found it and is going to send it me no charge, which I think is pretty awesome since I was the one who forgot it. Thank you!

Tourist in need of a base camp hotel”
This hotel has it all: location, good food, wonderful staff, cleanliness, attention to details, centrally located, and the list goes on and on. The price is very reasonable. Tawan Scooters are just across the street and for $6 - $9 bucks a day, can't be beat. Sawat is the Tuk-tuk driver that hangs out in front and speaks enough English to take you anywhere. The owner "Ja" is courteous, friendly, and makes sure her guests are treated first class. She is a class act herself. I've stayed there twice and would do so as many times as my travels takes me to Chiang Mai.

Chiangmai Jewel”
We stayed here one week in a mini suite. We had plenty of storage for our belongings and the separate lounge was useful when one wanted to sleep before the other. The balcony was completed closed so not much use except for storing our suitcases and drying off swimwear. However it helped insulate the bedroom from outside noise and we slept well every night. Breakfast could be improved, the eggs were cooked in advance and invariably stone cold no matter what time you had breakfast and we did not see bacon once in 7 days. However there was very good croissants, custard tarts, toasted sandwhiches, home made yoghurt and fresh fruit to compensate. The location of the hotel was excellent. Pra Singh temple was just up the road and it was easy to take the baht bus or tuk tuks from there. Don't miss the Sunday walking street market and the Saturday market. Both had largely hand crafted items instead of the usual market tat. We booked our tours with the helpful lady on the hotel desk.

Definitely will come back again”
Look exactly like in the photos, clean and spacious room! the bed is comfortable, love the bathroom. There's a small pool in the hotel, really awesome with such affordable price . Staff is very friendly and helpful as well, cz we forgot to bring international adapter, so I tried asking from the reception.. luckily they have extra and borrow to us. Location wise: 5 mins walk to 7-11, opposite the hotel there's bike/ motorcycle rental shop which the owner is very friendly If I visit Chiang Mai again in the future, definitely will come back this hotel!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise after leaving such disappointment in Bangkok. This hotel was in a perfect location, lots of shopping, tour booths, restaurants, massage places, walking distance to nightlife activities. The hotel staff was so professional, courteous and helpful! Restaurant had excellent food and large variety. Very prompt service! The decor of this place was inviting, open, comfortable. Safe and secure! Pool was small but very clean and perfect for a quick dip.

From arrival we knew we had a gem. Staff were very welcoming, check us in quickly and provided us with tips and recommendations for local area. Area is great for strolling around. Not very busy and lots of great and very well priced eating, coffee and massage parlors. Rooms were very clean and had all the amenities one needed. Great place to stay and worth the money!

Great and comfortable experience”
Family room with 3 small children was great. The beds were very comfortable and had a nice view of doi suthep. Location is great for being able to walk around the inner city gates with plenty of food and coffee shops around. Pool is not very big, about 20m long and is 1.5m deep across so not ideal for little kids unless they can swim, but it is very refreshing. Would for sure stay again.

Excellent hotel, right near the famous night market”
Very clean, large rooms, excellent staff, secure property. The cafe provides good quality breakfast with friendly staff. It is only a block or so to the famous Sunday night market, and is surrounded by many good shops and restaurants. Easy for tour groups to find. Very reasonably priced, I have recommended it to everyone I know going to Chiang Mai.

Amazing stay! ”
100% recommended! The hotel has a very good location within the old town, close to several temples and within reach of markets, you can visit several places on foot or you can also ask for a bicycle, it's free. The breakfasts, the staff, the cleaning, the pool, I had a room that had an incredible view from the balcony, everything was very good, in fact the staff is very attentive and always willing to help you.

3 Friends in Chiang Mai”
We stayed here at the end of our 2 week long trip and were looking for a spot more familiar in the lodging sense. This was a great hotel to stay at to meet those needs. Overall felt very clean, aircon worked well, comfortable beds with two pillows, great location, good shower, and a small pool if we wanted. We were all happy with our stay.

Great little place in the heart of Old City”
I stayed at this little gem for 14 days while I was doing a 5 day course and also 9 days of cycling (I brought my own bike and they allowed me to keep it in my room). Location is great, was easy for me to cycle to the hills everyday and get around also on a rented bike. Close to walking street market on a Sunday and easily accessible to get to the other markets via tuk tuk. Great location to see the temples, all walking distance as well. Cafe down stairs has good western food and Thai. Buffet brekky which I can't complain about. Overall I have enjoyed my stay here and all the staff have been great. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chiang Mai. The room was very clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Pool was a plus especially with the heat. Joy at the travel desk is a gem. She helped us to book a driver for our trips. She was always available to help us with anything.

Best place in Chiang Mai”
Very good location of the hotel, clean, nicely designed. Stuff was very helpful and cheerful. They let us check in 3 hours earlier because room was available. Location of the hotel was great, in the center, close to the weekend market, supermarkets, all the temples, massages, and travel agencies. We really enjoyed our time in the hotel.

The hotel was in a good location to get to the Wats, Night Market and was walkable to Maya mall (although we got a red car back for 30tbh). The rooms were clean and nicely laid out and breakfast was simple but filling. Aircon was great. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel transfer to the airport was easy and cheap.

Great place and value for money”
This place is in the old city, near many restaurants, temples, massage places. Everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are huge. We stayed in there family room which had a king bed and 2 bunk beds. We were 4 girls and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very simple but had all the basics.

Great location with very friendly, kind staff”
I stayed with my wife for 2 days to explore Chiang Mai city. Le Naview is located very central of old city area, and very convenient to go anywhere east or west side of Chiang Mai touristy places. The breakfast is fine with cheap price. And the staff is so kind because when I left some stuff to my room and I called, and they kindly checked the room and accept my request to send it to Bangkok. I was very impressed with their kindness and I really recommend to stay this place.

This is so far the best hotel i have ever stayed in CM Location is perfect in a quiet area, bike rentla and great massage shop just in front of the hotel Staff, really helpful and greta people Room is spacious and the bed is just ok but yo get what you need in the room Pool is super clean The food is just not bad but the cafe nnearby has one of the finest food and drinks in entire CM You pay less of ehat you get Its a great staying I extended twice at the same hotel Definitely coming back 1000 out of 10

Good value for the price”
Le Naview is the kind of hotel I like when on vacations. It has all the necessary amenities and small enough I don't feel I am on another business trip in a multinational hotel chain. My wife and I spent a lot of time on the terrace facing the lively street. The personnel is always trying to accommodate you yet not omnipresent. The travel desk is a marvel, the lady organized many activities for us sometimes just referring us to someone we paid directly so most likely did not get a commission. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely come back if we are in Chiangmai again.

4 night stay before we had to repatriate unexpectedly due to covid. Staff were AMAZING! Helped us confirm flights and tour desk outside helped arrange private driver so we could make the most of our short visit to Thailand. Food in restaurant is good. Pool small but good. We stayed in the family room. LOTS of space. Hotel even accommodated late checkout for small fee so we could enjoy our last partial day. Thank you. Hope to return one day. Darn virus!!!
