for the price i paid it deserves a 9/10”
walking distance to tebet train station nice and clean environment / neighbourhood lots of food outlets nearby both restos and roadside stalls i like my room very much, if the bathroom is cleaner it would have been perfect for my extended stay i asked for a smoking room, which happens to have windows and a balcony! however the room is quite in bad share, no mirror in bathroom, blinds that can't be closed/adjusted... i finally decided to move back to the earlier room which is so much better. no windows but no smell so it's perfectly fine by me. you can make your own coffee at the common kitchen n each floor. they even have a washing machine (with dryer) for guests' use.

Easy access & nice price”
I try to book through Agoda once I got a promo, I forgot how much I did pay but well it was nice to have such an experience to book & I also get promo discount with grab. Overall experience was nice, the place is easy to find, close to Stasiun Tebet & just right in the road. Room is nice but the toilet was not quite tidy, the glasses for bath is a little bit broken but not a big problem.

Near to great chillout cafes”
Stayed here for 4 nights last week. Initially, I was quite agitated with the location as it was surrounded by houses and bungalows and if you’re taking cab, it’s not easy to find since most of them wouldn't be able to see the top signage. More of a “kost” and suitable for long term stay. If you’re planning to cook, this place is equipped with a common kitchen, quiet with a homely feel. The room is very clean, pretty small yet comfortable with flat screen tv, in room wifi, balcony and during my 2nd night, I’m beginning to love my stay. What turns me on is that this hotel is very near the hip youth hangout area at the main Tebet – kebab station, sheesha, cafes, 7-eleven, restaurants, karaoke, shopping street, it’s pretty much like Kemang or the quaint cafes along Haji Lane if in Singapore minus the “Arabic touch” of course. Checkout Comic Café and make sure you dine-in on the 3rd level where you get the best feel. From hotel, just board the “bajaj” or “ojek” off the road and get the uncle to bring you to the “café / tongkrongan anak muda” area where most shops open till late night. It’s less than 5 mins ride from hotel and should cost you only about 5.000rp or 10.000rp (SGD 1.30). Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay. I would come back here again if I’m on a tight budget or to chill out with my Jakarta friends over great coffees and cool Indie music.

My Stay was pretty good, but the room is small, the staff are friendly, their english skills is not good enough for tourists. Above all this hotel is in a good location and very near to restaurants, 7/11 and tebet train station.

We stayed in this hotel last November 29 with my 3 month old baby, The location of the hotel is really good because it’s a lot of food in this area. They have a helpful staffs, it’s just that we need to wait if they are in “resting time”. I would suggest to this hotel that maybe they need to fix some stuffs in their room, they have a very noisy cabinet and bed that makes our baby woke up everytime we opened the cabinet or sit on the bed. They dont have elevator too. But above all I will still recommend this hotel as they have a good location, but not good for staying with a infant or toddler.

The stay was good no problems aircond is good, internet access is good easy access to food. location near to central jakarta. good value for money and very ideal for business traveler. hot water is good. room is very clean. shared kitchen to make coffee 24/7 and bread is available with butter and jam.

Was pretty good comparing to the rate. Staff doesnt speak english at all and the TV is small with a limited channels. Its 3 mins walk to 7/11 and 5 mins to Tebet train station, and 10-15 mins to Ambassador Mall

Quite and confortable”
My first impression from outside was quite alright, part of the hotel is still under construction. Inside the personal of the hotel was polite and lead me to the room that was located close to the reception. The room was quite small but handy, the bed was comfortable and the blanket were clean. The room offer a pretty nice television with satellite, and the toilet is clean fitted with clean towels. Pretty good impression in general, I am sure I will go again one day.

Nice small Resident”
We stayed at the resident for 3 nights, ist a clean and new place, the rooms are a bit tiny but everything is quite clean and modern so if you just stay there to sleep or chill it's totally fine. You also have a kitchen to cook by yourself and every morning you can make yourself some tea/coffee and toast.

Dirty, bad customer service, no value for money”
I paid to stay on their other location in Tebet, but when I went there, the front desk said they were full; the manager forget to update their agoda listing. Then I was transfered to their Soepomo property. When I arrived, front desk told me they didnt have double bed, only twin bed left, I had no choice. Very bad customer service. When I entered the room, their bed cant be combined, they only had 1 towel and it smelled bad, they didnt have hot water for shower, and the worst was their room was so dirty I found used facial cotton, dirty facial oil paper, used cotton bud, etc on the side corner of the beds. A very bad experience so far, and I will never go back here again. Totally not recommended. You can find other similar inn (price wise) but with a better cleanliness and service.
