Good place to stay for water sports next door ”
Stayed for 3 nights to windsurf at Amara Water Sports next door. Friendly staff and good location with little restaurants nearby (check out Nok and Sabai Sabai local restaurants nearby). Will be back if we were to do these water sports again. 7/11, mini marts, coffee shops and laundry available nearby.

The place is near the beach, staff are all nice. Serve free breakfast. Downside is there is no internet in each room, you have to go to the information to access the internet. No direct access to the beach, pool and facilities needs renovation. But overall we enjoyed our stay

New Year 2020”
Good: The staff were all accommodating and kind- both from the reception , restaurant staff and cleaners. They are very welcoming and helpful. The place is very quiet away from busy center of Pattaya. Ambiance is fantastic with small garden in the middle of the villas. Need improvement- The pool didn't look inviting as you can see dirt mark on the tiles and the water wasn't very clear. Also, the hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach. You have to exit from the hotel through a small alley, then to Sea Blue restaurant, which controls the open/closing of the bridge to the beach. So if you want to spend early morning or late afternoon at the beach without having to worry about gate opening/closing then this place is not for you.

Worst place ever in Thailand”
I don’t know if it’s just luck or what. The staff at night shift had a super bad attitude. The room floor was full of dust and there’re many stray dogs at the car park. Definitely the worst hotel in Thailand. You’re my number one!

Overpriced hotel”
We booked 2 rooms @1300B/night for a room equipped with an old air conditioner room located in the middle of nowhere is Overpriced. 700B would be maximum.We moved to south Pattaya hotel and paid 500B/night.

Well appointed, peaceful place”
A nice location well away from the hustle and bustle, where there are less of the crowds and more of the peaceful scenery. The room was exactly as described, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This was a good value option for the price point. Very happy overall.

Hotel is located in nice and calm area with mangrove trees, canel and close to beach restaurant. You may need to get up early for breakfast as large group tour may take all buffet breakfast early in the morning.

Bad toilet smell, Aircondition extrem loud, Internet not working ”
Right now you can not stay in this Hotel. There is construction work going on next to the hotel. Hammering and drilling the whole day. The room smells bad from the toilet and bad room. The aircondition in the room is loud and the fan speed could not been adjusted. When the aircon is switched off, the aircons from the other rooms are so loud that it makes no big different. You have the feeling the walls are fibrating a bit. The Internet is so slow that you can not use unless you go to the reception area. The room save is not working and not bolted on. Anibody could walk away with it. They gaved as the key for the save, but it could not open it. The Staff is friendly and the Parking is big. But i was happy to move out after 3 sleepless nights.

There is the nice place, the hotel isn't too big. The room is new and clean. Furthermore, it's quiet in the night. It maybe a little bit hard to get there if you don't have a car, but you can also walk from the main road. Basic breakfast buffets are tasty and enough.

If you are looking for quiet this is the place for you. Large rooms in modern style, friendly staff. Unfortunately no direct access to the beach (there s a lagoon right in front) but very nearby.
