Clean, excellent value, great staff”

This is a really nice place with lovely friendly people in reception that are more than happy to help with the answering questions about the area, and Kuala Lumpur in general. What really impressed me is the rooms are just like in the pictures which made me want to stay here in the first place. Great location and excellent value for money. I booked extra days while I was here because I liked it so much. I will return!

Bed bug in room 315”

I have been quite some time came to this hotel but this is the first disappointment I have. I suffered two days later of rashes from bed bug. The bed is clean but I think management needs to look at room 315 as I think the sheet was clean but still have bed bug on the mattress. However toilet was super clean and equipped with Shampoo and Bath Gel. The entrance is 24hrs so no problem it is just that after 12am there is no convenience store nearby, you need to walk a bit to find it. The location is 10/10 as it is right behind Central Market and Leboh Pasar Besar. So far I think that is all. Prices are up after MCO but still manageable.

Superb location, fit for purpose”

I chose this place because it is so close to KL Standard Chartered marathon event. Room & facilities are basic, as expected. One thing though, it was difficult to perform prayer due to small room size.

Great staff and decent place. Good location too.”

The staff are really helpful. Facilities are decent. Price is good. And the location is great. It’s easy to go around places from hostels. The hostel is not far from the bus stations and trains. The only thing is that many shops has closed around the area so at night it’s pretty quiet.

the staffs are so friendly.. if you have concerns, they will entertain you right away... they also greet you with a smile and that feels my heart pumped. But guys, don't expect to much.. the hotel is just good for it's price! The best part in this hotel is that they are near the LRT and the best places in KL like the Central Market. When you go out, there are also a lot of fast foods to buy. I recommend this, when I go back to KL.. I would still book the same hotel. My only problem here is the cleanliness, but overall good.. Will come back again soon ..

All staff are very friendly. 100/10 Room ? I have requested for non-smoking room. Yes it is but the cigarette smoke entered the room because anyone can smoke at the stairs area. Very not suitable there.

Non-hassle! ”

I left them a message telling them I will be arriving in the midnight, thought they would have totally forgotten about that and I’d have problem, but in the end, upon arrival, the staff was able to recognise me. It was fast and efficient! And the staff were really friendly and helpful as well. Value for money? Definitely! I recommend this hostel for anyone. Relatively safe as well! Location wise was great. Will come back.

Enjoyed our one night stay location is very convenient bathroom was spotless and WiFi worked really well the only downside is that there really isn't much space in the room to move around also no window
