Onli part we not happi some clearness, we book 2 rooms. Both rooms we find some ants on beds. Find Bed sheets also not change, can find dirty (bloods) hope it won't happen again. About food 1st day fantastic. 2nd day very salty, Nasi lemak kuah. Better maintain quality of food all time.

Assalamualaikum and Salam sejahtera everyone, I simply booked for my birthday for just 1 night, but I still missing the place after cme back, should have booked atleast 2 nights, from start lobby receiver, receptionist, driver who send you to room, the kitchen manager, all professional and friendly, I felt like a very special guest there. Not only me but others also. So perfect. About the room, wow amaizing water chalet with bath tub, balcony, separate bathroom and toilet, it's really a luxury kind room, I felt like king for my birthday. Highly recommend to everyone who want to feel a luxury stay at reasonable price, the price is really worth for what you will get even for 1 night, about breakfast you can't have enough stomach to eat 😄 alot and they also will take care of you while eating. Just the archery activity and ATV that I planned were locked temporarily for yesterday due to unknown reason, hopefully next time I go they will resume, other than that it's a fantastic stay and I really enjoyed my birthday. From jan to june this year, i’ve been nearly all hotel in PD. Maybe recovering from pandemic, overall satisfaction from staying in those hotels of 4 to 5 star rating is below satisfactory as per my review. That not the case for lexis PD, it totally exceeded my expectations! Premise is well kept & clean, staff is responsibility & friendly, overall experience is very enjoyable here, even their F&B services is very efficient during peak hours. I am very impressed when all other hotels here in PD should follow lexis operations standard & not simply put 5 to 4 star. If i can rate this hotel star rating definitely going to give it a solid 5 stars!!!

Enjoy staying at Lexis. Facilities are awesome. Hot shower & water pressure gd pressure. Big jacuzzi ,kettle, mini fridge & iron &iron board are provided. Buggy services are supper very fast respond . Less than 10 min arrived at ur door step. We enjoyed fishing eventhough we dont get any fish. The family bonding this wonderful during this activity. Pros - good condition of water chalet room, i booked a tower room but wanted an upgrade which the reception staff managed really well. My first room at the water chalet had an aircond problem and they swiftly changed my room which was in good condition, very good effort from staff Cons - breakfast buffet in cafe. On the next morning, our group had free breakfast that comes with the room. Here is where the problem occurs, as we are still in MCO time, lexis had some sop at hand. First, they required us to choose a time slot for our breakfast, we choose the 9am. So when we reached the cafe at 9am, the cafe was still full. So why do we need to have time slot if the cafe staff cant manage the group from the previous time slot? Their option was for us to go to their neighboring hotel, Grand Lexis, for breakfast. Wont that make it a grester risk to mix around with another hotel when it comes to sop n social distancing? We informed the cafe staff that we noticed the outdoor seating was empty, then only they realised that they still have empty places for few groups to be in. Once we go in, the buffer spread was fairly varied and good tasting. However, the hygiene sop is really bad, no staff was around the buffet table to ensure guests adhere to the mask and glove wearing around the buffet tables, also the empty food and beverages took a while to be refilled. I had to inform few staff to refill the ice water n coffee before getting it. I do believe that cafe staff were under trained, maybe can work on that. And for the sop and hygiene, maybe lexis can consider boxed free breakfast to reduce contact from guests and others. If you cant manage the sop in the cafe, reduce the possibility of contact in cafe. Apart from that, it was a pleasant break and escape for the children, good job lexis

The place was clean and spacious. The only thing that took us by surprise was that the front door actually opens to the bathroom and then leads to the bedroom. Quite a unique design but overall, we enjoyed our stay there and even booked an extra night. Be early for breakfast because it can be quite crowded. The walk to the beach was not too far, and you can even walk along the chalet paths to enjoy the morning or evening breeze.

We were in the Lexis Port Dickson tower, not the Lexis Grand Port Dickson, so it was a bit older and dated, but the room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fresh and a huge selection. What made this trip remarkable was Chandra, the duty manager, she went above and beyond to help us! Our car was in the hotel garage and would not start. We had checked out and needed to get back home. We took a Grab back home and left the car key with Chandra, she co ordinated with the mechanic and made sure that the car was picked up and delivered to our mechanic in KL. Thank you Chandra for saving the day!

I book premier tower room but the receiptionist was so kind to give us free upgrade to water chalet room. And lucky us that we got chalet facing the beach & partial seaview. We enjoy the sunset from our balcony. The breakfast spread was basic & just enough to fill our empty belly. The water pressure from the shower was good but the shower area was not that clean. Too bad their check out time was at 11 am

First time staying in Lexis Port Dickson. The sea view chalet is really nice. My kids are happy to see the light house and ship in the sea from our balcony. The chalet has big bath tub. It is nice also. Beach is not very far from chalet. Overall, it is nice experience.

Such a wonderful rustic water chalet! The beds are huge, as is the bath tub. The access to the swimming pool was limited to 10pax at one time and only 30minutes per person so we chose to go to the beach instead. Aqua Coffee House had lots of good choices for breakfast too. The hotel staff are so nice and helpful, it was raining heavily (with a bit of storm) at night after 11.30pm and not enough buggies around. Lots of people were queuing since many had dinner outside. So they distributed out hotel's umbrellas for loan so that we can go back to our rooms safely. Thank you for the memorable stay!
