Overall, I had a nice stay at this hotel. Room Pros: Room is cozy, ac cool, water heater works just fine. Cons: Some furniture need replacement/maintenance, sound insulation not so good (I can hear sounds from other room). Staffs are friendly, but I had to ask for floor mat, ashtray (booked a smoking room), and towel (there's only one towel) so I had to ask for it. Food is delicious, the only cons for me is there's no butter, just margarine. I stayed for 2 nights, on the second night, suddenly there's smoke in the corridor coming from the stairs. Turns out it is smoke from mosquito fogging. It's ok but there's no announcement from the staff, so I thought it was fire. Might consider another stay here.

Well, where should we start? The room: the room is very nice, order a room with an average size but it turns out to be very enough for two people, the towels and bed sheets are very clean and smell good, the bathroom is very clean. But, did not get room slippers, hot water did not turn on, ordered a non smoking room but the room still left the smell of cigarette smoke. surrounding environment: very easy to find food around the hotel, there are various kinds of mini markets, close to food centers and malls. If you are lazy, just order via applications such as Gofood or Grab Food.

The room was clean but I stayed in the 6th floor and I can hear the sound from 7th floor (the restaurant). The breakfast was not really satisfying but overall I had a good rest here.
