Amazing service, clean, great location, good pool and bar”
This hotel is amazing value for what you pay, the staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need, the greeter (Nhu) made every entrance to the hotel lobby very welcoming. The room was very clean and soundproof from the traffic outside (also great aircon for the hot days!). The facilities were also pretty good, with spa services, a good pool and rooftop bar. The location was perfect, right near all the attractions with great food and coffee options nearby. They serve a delicious passionfruit drink on arrival and were able to hold our bags/let us shower before our late night flight. Highly recommend this hotel for travellers.

Amazing Service”
I did not expect that the hotel staff can trace the taxi driver which overcharged us from airport to hotel - but they did!! amazing!!! this taxi driver charged us 700,000 dong compared to a normal fare of 150,000 dong. I don't know how the hotel management did it but the latest notice from the receptionist is that the driver is coming to the hotel to apologize and return the money. In the spirit of Christmas :) and maybe because we don't want to see the face of this cheater, we did not take back the money. We are thankful to the hotel management and maybe a little bit to the taxi management for cooperating and surrendering their driver.

Great hotel in a central Saigon location ”
Good sized, modern and clean rooms with city views. Excellent location for all the main sights in HCMC. Facilities are also superb, especially the roof top sky bar and outdoor infinity pool. Breakfast has huge selection of buffet choices, plus pho and an egg chef. We were upgraded on arrival. Very attentive and helpful staff.

The Liberty Central Citypoint is the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Saigon. The location in District 1 is perfectly central within the attractions here. The staff is always great. Check in and check out are easy. The rooms are clean and stylish. The rooftop pool and bar are a huge plus. This is our go-to hotel in Saigon.

Initially was assigned a room with no bathtub where I already put in my booking request. The staff was great and quickly change the room for me. Bed was very comfortable.. and room is cosy.. just one feedback.. i felt the shower hot water is not that hot.. but other than that, everything is perfect.

Friendly hospitable staff. Welcomed us with a cold drink and towel. Concierge always helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. On our departure day, they even went out of their way to help us with a problem we had with airport transfer which was arranged at the airport.

Lovely hotel, good facilities in a convenient location to visit some of the sites in Saigon. Great friendly staff. If you can afford it have an executive room it has its own dining room for breakfast plus soft drinks and coffee , plus snacks in the afternoon and in the evening free drinks and food till 8:30

Excellent customer service in good location”
Clean hotel in one of the best location in Saigon. It is just 2-3 mins walking distance away from Takashimaya and also the staff provided excellent customer service. One of the female staff at the enquiry/bag desk near the entrance was very helpful to us during our stay. Had it not been for her initiative to help us call our day tour agent to confirm the location for our bus pick-up we would had missed the bus as we had given wrong location to the the agent. Furthermore she was always asking us if we need any help whenever we saw her at the lobby. Further room requests were fulfilled to to their best ability. The only thing I don't like is the hair dryer in the bathroom. Hope that the hotel could change the hair dryer to a portable one as it was too hot to blow my long hair in the bathroom and my legs got tired after standing for so long. Would definitely choose this hotel again for our next stay in Saigon!

Good location, nice staff”
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel makes it within walking distance to most places of attraction and shopping. There is also some eateries just beside the hotel in a hidden walkway (you would have to google it beforehand or you will never find it). The staff are friendly and the staff along the walkway will remind you to keep your handphone away from the traffic. Breakfast is a wide spread albeit a little expensive. Room was comfortable and with a nice view. Overall, a good hotel if you can afford it as it is a little more pricey than the other hotels.

Quick Stay In Ho Chi Minh”
I was only in town for two nights, but it was a perfect central location to walk to all the sites. Executive lounge was a perfect touch and breakfast was tasty. All of the above was good, but the friendly staff made it a great experience. I'll definitely stay again on my next visit.
