Perfect get-away by the beach ”
Life's A Beach is an authentic, original and friendly accomodation by the beach. The place is a mixture of dorms with Asian-bungalow interior style - great for solo travelers and groups of backpackers/friends, and private rooms - ideal for family and couples. The place is very chilled during the day and fun in the evening as everyone hangs out, share dinner or play games (e.g. pool, board games, drinking games) together. Plus, they make great local food and sell low-price drinks there, especially during their happy hours. They got an amazing team working at Life's A Beach. Truong was always energetic and funny - he even drove me to the city and showed me around. Bao was sweet, dedicated to his work, and willing to take me out for breakfast but it was often rainy in the morning there. Hoang was so kind that she took me around town and then to a nice restaurant to try the local food. Steve, the owner, is hard working and caring to all the guests. You would feel like home here, since the staff do actually treat you as friends rather than customers. My experiences of staying here as a solo travelers was exceptional. I met amazing people, made new friends and would definitely want to come back here in the future.

Bai Xep ”
We travelled to Quy Nhon 5 nights and slept at "Life's beach" with two kods (9 and 7 y-o). The one on Bai Xep. Location is great. Beach is super beautiful. Hotel is pretty clean, staff friendly and helpful. Bar is very nice with good choices of drinks. Food is good. Prices are reasonable. The hotel is located in a fisher village which brings more authenticity to the spot. Definitevely a good place to stay to chill on the beach or good location to explore Quy Nhon are (hotel rents scooter). Few details to be improved: - Housekeeper forgot almost everyday to clean the room, do not change the towels etc. - No sun umbrella on the beach. - Noisy at night, mainly due to the village activities.

Perfect for relaxing”
We had a wonderful stay at life's a beach. Steve, Gavin and the Crew are just lovely. They organise dinner (local food - e.g. Vietnamese clay pot barbecue) every evening for everyone who likes to attend (just 150k dong p.p) which is so delicious. They also organised a taxi for us which picked us up at dieu tri station (300k dong). The beach is just in Front of the hostel and it's never crowded. The dorm was clean, had towels and A/C. We really enjoyed our stay there :)

We loved our time at Life's A Beach. Everything was great, especially the super friends doggies. It is a little drive from the city center, but perfect for exploring. Our AC broke down halfway through our stay (hence the 4 stars) but they tried their best to accommodate us and we were very happy about it. Highly recommended!

We treated ourselves here to a 2 storey bamboo bungalow here with private balcony right on the beach front. Along with the lovely family dinners at 150000vnd pp, we blew the budget but got a rustic resort experience that will always be remembered. Waking up to sunrises we could watch from our second storey bed and watching the quaint little beach come to life with fisherman and their families was a great way to start the day. Playing pool in the open air beach bar with the kids and drinking happy hour coconuts with local rum was a great way to finish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dorms available and food in the local villiage would keep things to a more reasonable budget. Beach has a bit of rubbish but not as much as other spots and was great for swimming. Especially at sunrise. Developments happening and likely to get busier but its isolated location will hopefully see it retaining its charm.

Great chilled vibe”
I’m motorbiking through Vietnam and came across this property recommended by the rental company. After spending the night before in Nha Trang which was like MTV’s spring break... arriving at Life’s a Beach was really refreshing!! It snuggled in a quiet cove, with a great chilled vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful... quality of “European” standards thanks to the training the property’s British owners. Dinner was great - at a family table along with other cool travelers. Oh, and my bed was super comfy - mattress was like one of the memory foam ones back home. I only stayed one night but wish I had stayed longer!

I had a fantastic time here over New Years. Thank you to Vy, Quy, Dan, and Steve for being super friendly, helpful, and making the stay memorable. I'd highly recommend the Vietnamese/bbq family style dinners. Great way to meet people and spend the evening by the beach. The bed was super comfortable and I loved being able to fall asleep listening to the waves. I had a great time and hope to be back!

A perfect getaway !”
What a great stay! Highly recommend for a couple days to unwind and relax in a hammock and enjoy the weather. The family style dinner is amazing and the variety and quality of food is plentiful. I ended up staying an extra night I enjoyed it so much. The rooms are cleaned every morning and the shower always has hot water. I recommend using the showers behind the dorm as there's never a wait! In the evenings you can gather Arohnd the mat for a hooka or lounge Arohnd and watch the movie they display on the big screen. Had an awesome stay!

Great Place, Great Vibe.”
Great, bunks from $6, our room $30 so all catered for. Guests tend to be some backpackers and some a bit older, great mix of nationalities. 6.30 shared supper is great as we all meet and talk to each other. Gavin (joint owner) super helpful. They also give back a lot to the local community - English lessons, employ a lot of local staff, source food locally etc - so a real community feel. Food very good, but maybe a bit pricey. Beer good value. Great place. Wish we could stay longer.

Homely place right on the beach”
You have probably seen all the positive reviews and largely I would go along with them- not hugely into the word "vibe", but it has a good one and certainly a relaxing place to be. The only negative I would have is the tone of the email that everyone gets sent on booking - it's rather patronising, and whilst I can see why the owner sends it, it could be toned down a bit.

Backpackers cute beach hideaway ”
Although I had the nice palm house for myself , simple but good bed and nice outside shower done with great taste this place is really meant for 20yeras old backpackers sleeping in the dormitory next door and hanging out at the nice bar. In a simple fisherman village quite remote. The managers Steve and Gavin are lovely people . A weird mix of people as some Vietnamese family with kids would also stay in the 8 beds room but not really mix with the crowd

Great staff, great view, great stay!”
We unfortunately arrived sick (with the flu) and only got worse during our stay. Steve was super helpful in making some last minute room changes to make our stay more comfortable given that we spent most of our time in bed. We were glad to have a wonderful view when we did get out. Food was great. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Good view, good food, nice host”
I got the bangalow with direct view to the sea, it was nice. It took a short walk to reach the sea, and I could hear the sound of the waves all day. The guesthouse shares the sand flatform with a resort nearby, so it is not crowded. For me it is all good, escpecially for people who like to rest in a quiet place. Even it is only 13km from the center, it is very different.
