Good and recommend in Phan Thiet City”
I was Phan Thiet with my kids 5 and 2 years old. hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Beside have Coffee that was very attractive and many good food / drink with reasonable price locate in City Center . so My family also easy to go to beach only 10 minutes and others sightseeing My room was only 14$ . That worth!!!! Good and recommend place in Phan Thiet

New and clean hotel with reasonable price. The staff and owner are friendly and helpful during our stay. The room is adorably decorated and new facilities. Will definitely stay again if we visit Phan Thiet next time.

Super worthy for money!”
Room is spacious, clean and all the facilities are new. Quiet area suitable for family and couples. A definite come back when we travel to Phan Thiet. There is also a great coffee shop just right next door for breakfast and variety of drink. The manager is super helpful and speak good english too. We love the place

New & comfortable room”
AC works well. Room has a clean bathroom & comfortable bed. TV works well with lots of channels. It's really near Lotte mart where guests can easily buy groceries. If you need to stay in the city for work, it's cleaner & better than other hotels in town. It's not very far from Doi Duong beach in the city. It's next to a good coffee shop. Just wish they had a mini-bar in room for cold drinks. Anyway, we still recommend it to others as the price is reasonable. We'll definitely go back if we visit our family in town.

Clean room”
The room is clean and the bed is comfy enough. However, booking this hotel was totally my fault tho.. I booked this because i thought it was not that far from Mui Ne but it is actually so far, 20km so do not choose this hotel if you intend to do a day tour in Mui Ne. But if you're going to stay in this area please do so because the room is clean and cheap! Oh but the staffs can't speak English, i had to communicatw with them via google translate but thats not a huge issue tho

Terrible experience”
While booking I have saw that there were 5 rooms left, however when we arrived they told us that there were no room for. Not to mention, hotel's name in Agoda website is "Lighthouse hotel and cafe", but the staffs told me that their hotel's name just call "Lighthouse hotel", and asked me to go to the nearby hotel with the same name but different address to check my booking. After all, she told me to find another hotel or pay more money to change the room. I had to call hotel supervisor to solve. It wasted more than 2 hours argument until they arranged a room which seem like have cleaned a month ago. Very disappointed!

hotel is new and look clean in the pictures. However, we got itchy with the bed sheet so much that we hardly sleep thorugh the night. It could be our bad luck, bu hotel for sure could do better to keep these sheet clean.

Nhận phòng ngoài sức tưởng tượng so với giá tiền. Phòng quá đẹp. Phòng nhỏ ở 1-2 người rất tuyệt. Ở trung tâm tp Phan Thiết rất tiện lợi. Gần bãi biển Đồi Dương. Gần các điểm du lịch.

Phục vụ không niềm nở lắm, vệ sinh trong phòng thì không tốt vì khi muốn nấu nước nóng thì phát hiện bên trong bình nước rất kinh hồn, hình như vị khách nào đã bỏ cái gì đó vào trong nấu.

Khách sạn mới, đẹp, phòng tôi ở là phòng superior, khá nhỏ nhưng thiết kế phòng đẹp. Tuy nhiên điểm trừ lớn nhất là phòng ko có tủ lạnh. New hotel, small room, but nice & clean. However my superior room doesn't have a fridge.
