Location is great”

Overall, good hotel to stay. Good size of room. Clean bathroom. Service is nice and helpful. Location is the key to this hotel. Centre around everything you needed. I stay here again if for next visit

Friendly stay ”

Lovely hotel, very elegant. Staff nice & friendly who speak English. Stay in bed and Forget the breakfast though cause poor choice on offer. It's rice or noodles with tea or coffee & toast !

Good location ”

Good location but little distant from restaurant and shops. Nicely maintained room, bathroom needs some attention for repair! Staff was being helpful. Hot water wasn't great but maybe this is thailand style! I will stay here again.

Not the best choice on town”

Chose this hotel as reviews were good . This place was awful, like a 1 star hotel. No kettle, no cot for baby, no water pressure. Air conditioning took about 10 hours to cool the room. Millions of Mosquitos. Run down and crappy. Would never choose this place again.

kindness for late check out

Minimum amenities, poor maintenance”

Air conditioning never worked well, even after reporting to the front desk. No water in the morning! No exercise facilities or swimming pool. Masseuse from the spa had to be called in to work which took over half an hour, and one of the poorest quality massages I've had in Thailand. Poor breakfast buffet.

Not a very good choice”

Air Conditioning was not working when we arrived and did not for 3 hrs. Free Internet entailed installing a Chinese program on the computer (I chose not to). Zero Water from faucets in the morning... no shower. and cold fried eggs

We got a room next to lift and staff room, so we could not sleep all night. Breakfast was only spicey food.

Gutes Hotel”

Das Zimmer war gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Housekeeping Personal gibt sich sehr Mühe. Jeden Tag wurde das Bett dekoriert, in dem aus Handtüchern Figuren und Tiere geformt wurden. Das Zimmer wurde nett mit Blumen dekoriert. Den reichhaltigen Willkommens Früchtekorb haben wir gerne angenommen. Kostenloses Internet im Business Center. Das Hotel wirkte etwas leer kaum andere Gäste. Es ist eher ein Business Hotel als ein Ferien Hotel. Das Frühstück könnte noch ein wenig besser auf die Wünsche ausländischer Gäste abgestimmt werden.

静かで宿泊するには良い。”

今回は大晦日と元日に宿泊しました。静かで落ち着いて過ごせたのは良かったですが、観光地ではないせいか 何もイベントに参加する様な催し物も無く、寂しかったのが残念でした。 それを除けばまあまあです。

価格の割には質素なホテル”

価格の割には部屋が安っぽかった。従業員の対応もいまいち。ロビーも暗く、他にお客が宿泊していないようでした。朝食時も、種類が少なく美味しくなかった。もう、二度ととまりません。

ภายนอกโรงแรมดูสวยค่ะ แต่ห้องพัก ค่อนข้างเก่า โรงแรมเปิดมา ประมาณ 13 ปี ห้องดีลักซ์ แอร์จะเย็นกว่าห้องโอเรียนทอล สวีท ขอเปลี่ยนห้อง พนง ก็ใจดีมาก ให้เปลี่ยนจนพอใจเลยค่ะ
