One night @ Like Residence”

We stay a night at Like Residence before further our trip to Koh Samui at the following day. We booked 2 rooms, it's clean and spacious. The staff are very polite but some of them not understanding English. They serve nice coffee at the Like Cafe. The hotel don't have lift so if travel with elder people or young children, please inform them early to reserve your room at level 1. The hotel located at a quite street, no much shops or restaurant around. Luckily, there's a 7 Eleven nearby, about 5 minutes walk. The room facing main road, if you don't want to be wake up by lorries early in the morning, better bring along your ear plug. There's hardly taxi pass by there but you can get the staff to arrange a taxi going to airport or Donsak pier.

Very clean place. Room and bathroom were great. Staff knew a bit of English but were as helpful as they can be. Was quite out the way from the city centre so had to get a taxi down.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in In Asia ”

Great hotel, no negative comments, friendly staff! Needed to go to the post office and exchange money which the staff took us on their personal scooter! Beautiful large clean new rooms! Cafe and restaurants down the road and 7-11 next door! Great for an overnight stay!!!!

Good overall”

Late arrival, not easy to find without mobile data. Light misunderstanding about the breakfast package, had to show staff the agreement with Agoda, Shown to my well-appointed clean room at 11 pm, found out once under shower that there was zero water. Went downstairs and after being offered 2 bottles of drinking water the staff realized the problem and moved me to another room. Altogether a nice clean hotel. breakfast (basic) arranged at the ILike2 100 metres away.

Cheap and Clean”

This hotel is fine if you just need to spend a night in Surat Thani, as my group did. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere and Surat Thani itself is not very exciting. However, for some travelers, it is a necessary stopping point on the way to other destinations. This hotel is good for that purpose (cheap and clean).

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Surat Thani. It's nice and clean. Staff is very friendly.

Affordable rate”

The room is big but I think no occuppants for quite sometimes for the room I was staying as it was on the 5th floor. There's no elevator provided so you have to climb up and down the staircases. So, be prepared if you are allocated rooms on the higher floor. The staff were friendly and approachable. Overall I give this hotel a 3 stars.

Good basic clean hotel. Excellent staff”

I was here for one night. The staff sorted out a taxi for me to get to the tourist information and travel agents. At all times the staff were friendly and helpful. The room is very basic but it is clean and the hotel is very well looked after. It suited me for a one night stay-over.

We checked in at 3pm, and staff at front desk didn't know how to deal with our agoda booking... Needed to fetch their manager first. Room itself was fine, clean and quiet. But the bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and the shower drain was clogged with hair :( We might have been unlucky, but it did spoil our stay there. Breakfast is nothing to shout about, unless cold rice and eggs with stale fruit water is your cup of tea.

Inexpensive and comfortable hotel”

Pleasant surprise. We just used this hotel on our way between Koh Samui and the Surat Thani airport. It exceeded my expectations.

Hotel is a little isolated”

Pleasant but not much to do in the location. Limited restaurants in the area. Hotel only does a minimal breakfast.
