Everything was fine”
We've stay 3 days 2nights feb 11 to 13 everything was fine however in our last day of stay friday midnight one guest directly open our door unfortunately it was chain lock after look the pipe hole i saw the guest and the housekeeping outside and it was not good however the attendant extend his apology. Gladly i understand the situation because im also working in the hotel industry for almost 11 years.Need to upgrade the set up as well in the room only 1 water supply there is cooking area but there is no cooking condiments that we can use. But thanks a lot to very accommodating reception staff.

One Night Stay at Lily Hotel”
I don't recommend this hotel, Here are few reasons, I have serious concerns about safety. My son fell down two times due to the presence of metallic rods present in the aisle at the entrance. Another thing, there should be a mirror or thin metallic/mesh sheet in front of the window available in each room. Otherwise, a child may fell down. For the sitting area at the reception, there should be wooden tables and chairs instead of metallic. My son got a major injury on his mouth due to this reason. Very Old furniture Uncomfortable Mattress and Pillows A very small amount of water coming in the bathroom. The hotel admisntation should take serious action on the above mentioned items.

We booked 2 bedrooms for 4 people, however, there was only 1 towel provided. When requested, they had no more due to the hotel fully booked.

Picture showing while booking is not matching with exact condition. I was facing difficulties with toilet. The shower was very old and bad. The drain wastage water was not going out properly. Over all a very bad experience.

لم يعجبني شي الصور خادعة”
الفندق قديم وغير مهيأ لاستقبال الضيوف بداية من الاستقبال البارد لا يوجد ترحيب او الحمدالله على السلامة المصعد الوحيد من العصر الحجري غير امن للاطفال الممرات والغرفة يوجد رائحة دخان قوية لا يوجد تهوية جيدة بالغرفة المكيف المركزي بارد جدا لا يمكن التحكم به ويسبب المرض لا يوجد ابسط الاشياء بغرفة فندق محترم مثلا منشفة او غسول جسم الحمام ومرافق الغرفة غير نظيفة والصور الموجودة على الموقع غير حقيقية خادعة جدا و لا اتوقع اني سأكرر التجربة على الاطلاق لا يستحق المبلغ المدفوع

المفارش غير نظيفة، موظّف الاستقبال غير محترم أبداً و ألفاظه غير محترمة، حجزت من هذا الموقع ولكن عن ذهابي إلى الفندق اخبرني المظف ان حجزي تحول إلى booking, المرافق غير نظيفة وتصدر منها رائحة كريهة، المفارش أيضاً غير نظيفة وسادتي كانت تصدر منها رائحة شخص آخر، الشي الوحيد الجيد هو التلفاز مع ان معظم القنوات لا تشتغل.

ثاني يوم طفى الكهرب عن الغرفة وكان وقت فجر وتعب عيد وجلست ساعه انتظر ترجع كل شوي يقولون شوي بس الكهرب اللي طفى المكيف شغال وطفى بس عني وعن الغرفة اللي جمبي يوم نزلت بعدها للاستقبال وانا جالس اتكلم مع موظف الاستقبال اسمه محمد يقول لي انت ليه تصارخ الحين لا يا شيخ وش تبيني اقولك وانا دافع لك فلوس وعندي اطفال وكل شوي تقولي انتظر لا و يقول انا مش مسؤول اذا هو مش مسؤول اجل مين كلم واحد اسمه قاسم جا وعطاني غرفة ثانيه وروح في الظلمة لم اغراضك ورحت الغرفة الثاني المويه ضعيفه جدا جدا عموما ككل فندق سيء ولا انصح فيه ابدا
