Not great”

We stayed here a few nights, the staff weren't very friendly (not all the staff but a couple of them seemed quite rude) the air conditioning broke, we were offered another room & the bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. When we were packing to check out the workman knocked our door & came in to fix it which felt a bit intrusive, i thought they could have waited an hour unil we had checked out & left! Our friend was staying here & also asked to switch rooms on the first day due to the concrete bed. Its a cheap price but ive stayed in much better places for cheaper! I'm sorry to say I wouldn't come back here, I didn't find it a very welcoming place at all.

Room was simple, hard bed, old and noisy air con. But we could expect for such a low price. What we could not suffer was the service, staff rudely asked us to pay even though we paid via Agoda before. We even showed the confirmation email but he said he had not received the money from Agoda yet, so we had to pay. Only when I called Agoda and complaint did he let us go. So awfulllll!!!!

A cheap bed for a few nights”

At Linh Dan you get what you pay for, a key, a strong AC unit, and a squeaky mattress that may just tie you back in knots. That said if you're not really the type of person who is looking for luxury, this is a good budget option for 1-2 nights due to its proximity to local restaurants and the beach. The cab ride to the boat marina that services Halong Bay is about 5 minutes away and will cost $2-3. The only caveat here is that there is no safe in the room so be sure to leave your precious items at the front desk with the family that runs the hotel because this place isn't exactly Fort Knox.

Awful”

The hotel is quite old, all facilities are old and need to be changed/renovated. Luckily we just stayed 1 night in Halong. The only good things are big room and balcony with sea view (not in front of you with panorama view but you still can see the see some boats and mountains). The hotel is located in a hill and difficult to find. It is easier if you turn left to an alley next to Novotel Halong hotel, then turn right, go straight and it is in the left side. However, I don't recommend this hotel, there are still other better hotels in area.

Địa chỉ ghi là 104 Đường Bãi Cháy, nhưng ở đây có 2 con đường nên thực tế nó là đường Hậu Cần nên nơ nằm sau Bãi Cháy, nên phải đi qua 1 con dốc cao mới đến khách sạn. Phòng không có tủ lạnh, máy sấy, ấm siêu tốc ( thay bằng phích nước nóng lấy ở nhà hàng của khách sạn bên cạnh thì cũng ok ) khách sạn ko có cầu tháng máy và thiết kế cũ nên đi vào khách sạn hơi loằng ngoằng. Đc cái là ở đây không tính thêm phí cho trẻ em 12 tuổi. Còn mình đã thanh toán qua Agoda nhưng khi trả phòng có chút nhầm lẫn nhưng ko vấn đề gì.
