A home away from home!”
From arriving to Chiang Mai, the hotel host, Ling was immediantly so welcoming and helpful since my group came without plans. All of the recommendations we got from our hotel staff have really made our first international experience truly amazing. We chose not to have our room cleaned everyday but the cleaning service still left our promised free bottled water and tp refill outside the door for us. The hotel is 10 min walk to Maya Mall (seven-story mall) and stopped by a gorgeous temple with garden along the way to the mall. ATM, pharmacy, 7/11 literally across the street of hotel. And for late-night dinner, there's a nice local lady that makes delcious omelette for 20Baht! We booked only 1 night in advance of our trip but we ended up staying 3 more nights because we loved how convenient and easy the hotel location was and how helpful the staff made for us. Will be staying here again! Thank you times infinity Ling!

Value for money”
The staff is super friendly and helpful. And so are the restaurant owners downstairs. The room we had didn't have natural lightning, no window. It had a weird terrace space with an open space as a window. It was very basic. The reception is a good place to do some work. The wifi is really bad and doesn't always work. We used to get almost all our meals at the restaurant at the corner, 40baht for really good vietnamese soup, 25baht for a nice omelet and rice. We would get really good ice coffees at the coffeeshop right next to it. 40baht each. There are a couple of places for coffee and food, and getting to touristy places from that location is cheap with Grab.

Insufficient car parking ”
I paid this hotel for 2 nights. I’ve checked in in the evening, then left for dinner and came back at 9 PM. There was no more parking lot. Staff and guard didn’t welling to help and also impolite. So, I decided to checked out and moved to another hotel at that night and for the safety of my car.

considering the price of this place, it was a good value for money. however, it was a little far from the old town which i guess is the best place or community in chiang mai city center. if you prefer a more quiet place, this place is a good choice. what turned me off was the staff especially the manager. he made us wait and while we thought he is already checking up our booking, he was just scrolling doing something on his PC until another staff accommodated me. he was also not kind. he laughed when i approved the room--the laugh that kind of insulting. he also doesn't now how to smile to guests or even say hi back. he was rude.

Very nice place to relax, the bed was comfortable, good AC, sunlight, everything was clean, daily keeping and fresh towels, water bottle… Quiet, there are a few basics around but location would be my only complain as in options for food.
