Very clean. Excellent staff from the time I walked in till the time I checked out. Good location. Not far from main street. 7-11 nearby. Lotus is about 15 mins walked. I feel safe walking around by myself when my husband is sleeping. Cleanliness is my number one. Hopefully they keep it up.

Superb Room in a Great Location!”
This is a superb place to stay. My room was large with a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, and a washer/dryer combo. It was clean and well-maintained. Free Wi-Fi, a gym, a swimming pool, and two fine restaurants are available. The location is ideal with the National Stadium BTS, MBK mall, Siam Square Siam Paragon, and other venues nearby. However, there are few specialty grocery stores like Villa nearby. There’s a Lotus’s supermarket and 2 7/11s. After the malls close at 22:00 you only have the 2 7/11s. If arriving by car getting to the hotel may be a bit tricky as Soi Kasem San 1 is very narrow and one-way ending at Rama I. Driving past Bangkok Arts and Culture center and going up Phaya Thai Road and turning left into the beginning of Soi Kasem Soi 1 then turn left again, you will spot LiT Hotel.

Best accommodation you can possibly ask for!”
My husband and i were extremely pleased with our stay at Lit Residence for the past 5 days. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and complete. It has everything needed for your stay down to washing machine (with washing powder), utensils and cutleries (needless to say with washing detergent and new sponge provided), water with daily refills, daily room services etc. The service of the staffs was impeccable. The staffs are extremely polite and glad to assist. We asked for help in getting cabs around town and they went out immediately to flag it for us. The location was extremely accessible with 7-11 just around the corner and food stalls right outside the hotel. The BTS is less than 3 mins away from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book it again for our next trip!

First time staying in this serviced apartment and I must say it’s an amazing experience! We really love the space and dining area where we can hang out and chill. Another wonderful thing is having a washer is very useful as we can do our laundry daily. Location is good, just a short walk to the bts station, MBK, Siam area. Breakfast was simple but ok though it will be even better if there’s more changes daily.

The hotel is nice. Staff who check in for us was friendly and professional. Room size (One Bed Room Suite) is good for two. Room provide kitchen utensils, microwave oven, induction cooker. Hotel location is convenience and takes around 4 minutes walk to National Stadium BTS Station, within 10 minutes walks to Siam Area. Spy in the hotel was great with reasonable price. There were 2 convenience store (7-11) nearby. Planning to stay in the Three Bed Room Suite on our next visit to Bangkok with friends.

Very pleasant stay with a group of 7. Rare place to have 3 rooms connecting together + 1 extra bed to accommodate 7 pax. Everything is as good as 5* hotel at much more reasonable price. Location is convenient with 7-11, shopping malls within 5 minutes walk

The location is very strategic - 5 mins walk to the BTS Station and lots of mall nearby - MBK Centre, Siam Paragon, etc. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We had such a comfortable stay and the staff is very helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

I like best because it is clean, spacious and there is kitchen with washing machine and fridge. However, the bedroom has a see thru to the toilet which is not friendly those staying not related to them

Great little apartment suite for longer stays”
The room is a little narrow for an apartment but just right for 3 with an additional bed. Very well appointed rooms Everything is provided washing machine, dining utensils, washing detergent, drinking water - perfect for longer stays. Amazing hotel design! Location is also good short distance from bts and mbk center. The staff were polite and accommodating with requests, the doormen and cleaners were particularly helpful. Only con is the view is only of the neighbouring apartment, and often heavy traffic if travelling by taxi. Would definitely stay again

They don't have iron tables....or so I thought but when asked it got delivered. I think this is a good environmental save rather than having one per room. The room space was quite spacious compared to another place I stayed just 300m from Lit. I also thank you the staff for their honesty because they found my suit in the wardrobe and gave it back to me. I will definitely return again. Thanks Lit

Perfect location, big rooms, friendly staff ”
It’s our first time staying in Lit Bangkok Residence and will be our regular accommodation on our upcoming trips. Location is perfect 5-15 mins walk to nearby shopping centers. Room was so big for 2 persons and staff very friendly and accommodating. Will surely go back again.

Had a great stay at Lit Bangkok Residence! Please do note for check-in, you would have to head to the main Lit Hotel lobby first. There isn't a check-in counter at the Residence section. I have booked the 3-bedroom suite and do note that the suite is divided into 2 floors. The first floor is a 2-singles bedroom and the second floor contains a King bed and it further connects to another 2-singles bedroom. When I first reached the suite, I was greeted by ants on the kitchen table and on the walls. The toilet sink was clogged too, however the staff took action very quickly and it was fixed immediately. The location is convenient and a 7-Eleven was around the corner. Was really sad that I did not have a chance to try their spa & massage as my trip schedule was too packed! Will definitely stay there again. For visitors with heavy luggage, go to exit 3 at national stadium BTS. You will see a lift near exit 3, use that to head to the main street/hotel.

I like this place a lot. Its' very near to MBK and the rooms are well equipped with full size fridge, washing machine, Microwave and Utensils. The bathroom has shower and Bathtub and it's huge!

Offers all you need for a week/month long stay. Housekeeping everyday. Very convenient location. And for a pro tip, walk just across the khlong to BTS Ratchathewi to avoid the busy interchange station Siam if you go north.
