Value for Money”
The hotel is so nice. Modern interior, strong wifi, good water flow(with hot and cold shower), with microwave and refrigerator inside the room, plus hair blower, they also provide free water bottles. Shampoo and body wash was provided also. Hangers for your clothes were also there. Location wise. It is located near to all 711, temples, museums, restos and bars. Dont worry about it because once you are inside the rooms noise is absent and you can take a rest. The lady who accommodate us is so hospitable they allow us to check in as early as possible even though we forgot to inform them that we will arrive in chiang mai at 6:35am. We we’re able to check in at around 10 am. The long wait is not a concern since we are waiting for the previous guest to have their check out. While waiting, we had our meal just few steps outside the hotel. There, you can eat delicious and cheap thai foods ( Chiang Mai prices are way cheaper than bangkok). Worth every Penny you spend.

Is super nearby the Sunday night bazaar. Surroundings have alot of delicious local thai foods and others delicious food. Is a good location and a must stay if you visit Chiang Mai. I will come again. Thank you. Kob khun ka.. 🙏

Little Bear's Home is strategically located in Old City where you could go anywhere within walking distance. The room we stayed were clean and the amenities provided in the room were really thoughtful. Would definitely come back to this guest house for my next trip to Chiang Mai!

It's like home”
Worth to stay, the hotel lobby decoration is like living room, feel likes back to home. If i visit Chiang Mai, sure will come back again. The hotel is in the alley, but just a minute walking distance you will see the Sunday Night Market. You may spend a whole night in this market, because there are so many stalls, a lot of interesting handmade things.

BEST PLACE TO STAY ”
The room that we stayed is very cozy. The owners were there to accommodate us. Since you're not allowed to wear your shoes inside the place they provided slippers for the guests. It is the center of Chiang Mai so we were easily got to the places we want to. They also clean our room daily. Their lounge is very aesthetic that you would want to take pictures.

Great location (massage, food, 7-11, attractions, Sunday night market are just walking distance) The hotel is very spacious, clean and neat... traveller can ask the receptionist to help rent a motorbike or car to go round the city (please take note if on Sunday, the motorbike bike, car nor taxi can't reach the hotel in the evening since all the road are close for the market) The only thing that's not too perfect is the staircase, me and my friends was staying there 3 nights in different room (bcos the room was full so booked in different category) first night at level 4, second n third night at level 3, it's really quite tired climbing up the stairs with the big luggage and there's not even a staff to help us... Worth staying, I'll recommend for my friend...

Location is in the Sunday Night Market”
Although the room was expensive slightly, it was worth. We booked a room on Sunday. We arrived at the guest house in the afternoon and waited for the night market in the room. When we went out around 5.30pm, we were surprise that we were actually in the Sunday Night Market (between the zone 3 and zone 5). I was worried that it would be a noisy environment. Luckily, it wasn't. We could hear some voice from the outside of our room, like someone closed the door noisily, but it was pretty quite at night.

Cozy, clean and strategic location. ”
I stayed here 5days 4nights. This hotel Very unique, cozy and fullfill the themes (alot bears around). It just located in sunday night market, anytime anywhere u can easily access to hotel and put ur shopping bags and continue to shop again. The staffs and bos very nice and provide alot information (they can speak fluent english). Definitely i will stay again if visit to chiangmai next time.

Strategic location ”
The location is great, almost central n just a few steps access to the Sunday night market. Also a few steps easy accessible to the shop selling local delicacies like chicken rice, pork leg rice n noodles which are nice. Also don’t forget the yummy coconut ice cream / shake in the morning. It is also near to various massage centers. The hotel also maintained quite clean n neat. The only cons is no lift available. Have to carry luggage to higher level. Of course you can ask for lower level if u have many luggages.

GOOD LOCATION TO NIGHT MARKETS, TEMPLES, RESTAURANTS”
Loved the location of this hotel. Spacious room, great hot shower, nice aroma bath gel. The bed is quite hard for me but luckily their pillows was good. Walking distance to Three King's Monument, Wat Chedi Luang, night market and restaurants with delicious food, ex-prisoner massage. Worachai Coffee just a few step away. The corner Sirichai Express restaurant have a delicious Khao Soi and chicken rice too. The disadvantage of this hotel is we can hear the other room and sometimes a bit noisy from the walkway. Other than that I will give a thumbs up and I will stay here again :)

Right beside Sunday night market. Triple room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Wifi is fast and stable. TV box in room with 100 channels but all in Thai.

Nice cozy hotel with restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance). The downside is you have to remove your shoes inside the hotel and the doors are so thin you can hear other guests closing their doors or walking up the stairs. Owner says will replace the thin doors so it should be much better.

Good location, poor on facility”
Its location is very good. When the first day we check in, the floor was dusty as hotel didn't clean the room before we check in. We book for 4 people in a room but hotel just assign 1 key for a room. And reception does not key the spare key. This is very important if you plan to stay a room with many people.

Cleanliness is perfect, staff were kind and helpful, building is well maintained and beautiful. The only problems is that there is no lift, and no halal restaurants nearby.
