Great location, great price”
The location of the hotel was important for us and I'm happy to report that the location is great and within walking distance of the old town and food so no worries there. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good in terms of variety and food quality. The rooms are fairly new (although the views from the non-riverside room are non existent.) Hot water works fine and hairdryers are provided. The staff are friendly and helpful - shout-out to Cherry, Rose, and Tony who helped us out at reception.

Exceptional”
Great hotel! The location is perfect right next to the old Town and night market but not noisy. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave us a voucher to massage because we extended our stay for another night. Over all great stay in a great hotel.

Hotel is in a great location and is exceptionally clean. Friendliest staff ever! Only negative was that internet is sporadic (sometimes fast and other times unusably slow) - perhaps it's an issue with Vietnam telecom.

A Gem in every sense of the word”
Besides the excellent location, Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel has a personalized touch. When we mentioned there was renovation noise behind our room (by their neighbor), they were quick to move to move us to a better room. It showed they really cared about the comfort of their customers. Special mention of Katrina and Lisa who were so attentive. Another thing I really like is the proximity to Ancient Town yet it's away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend this hotel for its outstanding service level, cleanliness and location.
