Ensure you closed the front door shut with a click sound unless you love coming back to surprises! Liv staffs are truly trustworthy amazing people. Would be great if swimming pool isn’t icy cold and pillows aren’t too soft. My kids enjoyed their stayed maximising room bathtub the most! Room decor was beautifully decorated and well thought designed. Don’t expect must from the tv channel. Walking distance to Bangla Road - Junceylon Mall, eta 20-30mins (considering we walked with 3 kids aged 9,5 & 3 years old with us) Great walk, so many small shops, eateries to looked in or stopped over for a drink. Tuk tuk cost 300 baht better a tuk tuk than grab. Fyi, Grab a deal from airport taxi for airport return. 800 baht (cheaper than hotel offer/ grab) Cons : My son had a mishap during our stay, In every hotel establishment it is essential to own a first aid box.

Hotel located right at the corner of Patong Beach just across a small road from the pier. Front desk only managed by 1 person, so if there are lots of people checking in at the same time it might take awhile. Staff were friendly and welcoming! 7-11 and family mart just a stone throw away from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean! Has all the amenities one will need during the stay! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants somewhere quiet and relaxing. About 10-15mins walk to Bangla Road. Nice Italian eatery just further down the street too! Will be back if I’m in Phuket again!

Classy hotel in the quite and more beautiful part of Patong right by the southside of the beach, still close to all the huzzle and restaurants. Room, spacious and balcony with a nice view over the sea - lovely! Good size pool to get a refreshing dip and some drinks from a little too pricey bar. All areas kept clean and tidy. Overall one of our better hotel experiences with the most serviceminded and kind staff.

The check in was seamless. Love the location. Opposite is the Patong Beach. We love this Boutique Hotel as it's new n not so crowded & clean. We were very happy with Wan's outstanding service n pleasant personality. She & her team were all very polite n friendly n made our trip so enjoyable. The breakfast was nice no complain. Home away from home”
We spent 4 nights at LIV and truly experienced their amazing hospitality from their friendly staff. They were all very attentive to our needs especially we were traveling with our little ones, especially Joyce and her team! They even gave us a surprise birthday cake on our birthdays ! It was indeed a wonderful celebration for us and we were so moved by their warm greetings. You won’t get bored with their breakfast choices as they have Japanese, Chinese, Thai and American selections coupled with buffet salad bar. Having a cup of latte or cappuccino and overlooking the seashore was a nice experience. We truly enjoyed our stay at LIV and would definitely come back again soon. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

There is nothing but Rave. Joy was a wonderful host. She helped us arrange Phi Phi cruiser with pickup and lunch. She helped us with other excursions around town. Our room faced the beach side and close to the pool. Immaculately clean wonderful amenities

Our 5 night stay in a pool access suite was terrific! It has a cute little pool. The rooms are newly renovated and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered were friendly, helpful and very accomodating. They were always waving and smiling at us every day. Daily breakfast was not spectacular, but good value for the price. We found the drinks and food at the bar to be a little over priced, however they do have a great happy 5 hours every day and the drinks are buy one get one free! The hotel is a little further away from the action of Patong, but we preferred this. Nice, and quiet! Everything you need is close by, including laundry services, 7-11, massage, currency exchange etc... Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone. This quiet, little boutique hotel right across the street from Patong Beach is a GEM!!!! Book without regret!

The location is fantastic. Found at the end of the busy strip you get the best of both worlds, a quieter beach front with a short walk access to all the restaurants and activities patong has to offer. We stayed there a family of 5 with 3 young kids and the staff was extremely kind and even had beach toys our kids could borrow to play in the sand. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay. Staffs were tremendously friendly. They seemed to know your names before you even checked in as they have been anticipating your arrival. Accessible hotel from the main road and complimentary parking of your motorcycle at the entrance itself. Right in front of the jetty. Spacious rooms, with separate outdoor balcony and indoor spacious patio. Variety of premium channels to choose from. Walking distance to restaurants & shops. A night market by the jetty right in front of your hotel entrance. Awesome breakfast! Good spread of breakfast to choose from and upon request you can choose the Japanese bento meal as ur mains which is quite a large for Two. Finally to TOP it all staff surprised us with a birthday cake upon check out and special thanks to these two exemplary stuffs “ Joy & Soe “ . Recommended for any traveller for a short stay by Patong area.

The hotel has a lot of accesories that other hotels don't have it. The room is fully equiped (umbrella for sun/beach, tooth brush, slippers , profesional hair dryer, bathrobe). In have payd a beach view superior room, and i have received a room that was facing to the beach , but in front of the balcony was the reception, so .... NO BEACH VIEW.
