excellent location and beautiful rooms”
we stayed with 3 adults and we got a junior suite which came with living room annex bedroom. Living room contained a sofa bed of nice size and it was made up when we entered.. nice cosy clean rooms. nice spacious bathroom.. at ground level is a nice bar with good food... overall good quality services.. the position next to the Lime train station is indeed a plus... will come again

i thought this hotel was great value for money, i've stayed in many marriott's around the world and paid much more. also great location right in the middle of liverpool city centre, very easy access to all the bars,restaurants and shops. as for the room id say it was a little dated but still good value for money, staff were very friendly too. would stay again...

This is a super wonderful great hotel, mayb it is in my favourite place - liverpool. All of the staffs also liverpool fc die hard fans, like me =) The hotel is in the center of everything, every place also in walking distance which is super convenien. Definately will go back 4 this hotel again.

conveniently located in the middle of town, easy reach from lime st train station and bus stops just right outside hotel. staffs were friendly, everything else was great even the breakfast & toiletries were fantastic. approx 10mins walking distance to albert's dock & maritime musuem, and short walk to lfc official merchandise store and all the departmentsl stores. came to stay at the hotel with easy access and smooth ride to catch liverpool played in anfiled statfium

Nice and big and excellent location”
i have the option to do an upgrade at a fee and i am extremely happy to have selected that option. Room was big and it even has a jacuzzi bath tub to it. The only downside is that the room is situated on a low floor and there isn't much scenery to enjoy. However the location made up for it. It is near to Liverpool One which has alot of shops and the train station is just a mere 3 minutes walk!! Would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We really thanks for great support to Carlos and Marcus They are very friendly and initiated to help us to call the delivery of our tickets which is the highlight of the trip to Liverpool Finally we watched the game and enjoyed the trip a lot Thanks to help to ease the anxiety as we really delivery schedule during holiday season Great staff make your hotel shine Also great thanks to bar staff who are working on Christmas Day otherwise we have no meal that night
