A Gem in Central London”
Although the size of room is small, it is comfortable and bathroom is nice and clean. Location is excellent. Lounge is excellent. Service is impeccable.

Great location and good service”
Booked a junior suite for 3 travellers. The pull out sofa was perfect for our teenager. The room came with a great patio but as it was winter we were not able to enjoy it. The room came with a nespresso machine, ironing board and the usual amenities. Housekeeping was very responsive, providing frequent towel changes in view of the damp weather at this time of year. The room service menu was excellent and delicious, coming from the Gordon Ramsey restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is located very near the shops at Oxford Street and the subway stop Bond Street. It was also a short walk to a catholic church for the holiday masses and to Hyde Park to enjoy the beautiful landscapes. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel location is perfect, you can easily walk to Piccadilly(9minutes) and oxford stree(3minutes) , regents street (5minutes), all kind of shopping is around the hotel, and all kind of food and cafe is near by. The only bad thing about this hotel is the wall of the room, you can hear people who is talking next door to you, even very low talking sound also you able to hear it, the wash room is small, room is big. And the wifi not good, i had been staying for 4 nights and my room wifi having problem and the hotel cant fix it and they just keep asking me to restart my phone and device. Breakfast is good.

Good Location if you intend to shop. Everything is just within 5 minutes walk. Many places to eat around the hotel. I didn't quite enjoy the breakfast as there was not much spread. Rooms were extremely small compared to the other Mariott Hotels which i have stayed. In a nutshell, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location, POOR Service ”
Walking distance to Oxford St. so it's very convenient. However, service sucked. We did early check in (noon time), so we did not get the rooms, that's fine. We informed front desk to put our suitcase in the room once it's ready. We came back at 3pm and the rooms were ready but the suitcase had not been delivered. Took 30 mins more to get them. I did even have to come down to follow up. If you just come stay overnight, do not really engage much with staff, this is a great hotel.

سكنت بالدور الخامس غرفه 825 ازعاج الغرف تسمع جارك وسواليفهم والباب من السقف ليييين تحت كله نمل صغار يمشي بالجدار وكلمتهم وقالو بيعالجونه وخرطي طلعت ورجعت والنمل موجود وثالث شي معطيهم تأمين 400 باوند فئة خمسين ويوم جيت اسوي شيك اوت عطوني 400 باوند فئة عشرة ورفضت استلمهم لأني بتوجه للمطار وقالو ماعندهم حل شلتها كأنها مليون ربطه وش كبرها عشرات قمة الإستفزاز فيه فنادق احسن منه واوجه واريح كثير

Отель старый, но не в хорошем смысле”
Отель бронировали на букингсистеме, тот номер, который заказывали, не получили. В итоге у нас был маленький обшарпанный номер рядом с лифтом для персонала. За отель сняли полную сумму при бронировании и потребовали такую же при выезде. Месторасположение очень удачное, но отель не стоит тех денег, что за него просят. Завтрак неплохой, но ждать свой кофе 25 минут - это слишком. Завтракали два раза, и каждый раз еду и напитки приносили долго и не то, что заказывали. Разочарованы.
