Covid-19 Safety Concerns”
While the hotel provide SHA guarantee, both the GM and staff did not enforce other hotel Group customers. This exposed Covid-19 to myself and other hotel stayer. In saying that both the reception and cleaning staff are friendly. However, cant say the same things about the concierge staff as we end up carrying our own luggage to check in.

It's totally pet friendly hotel. It's separated pet zone from normal guest so most people who stay here love animals. I love it. The room is clean and comfortable. Just only breakfast that has less kind of food. I'm a bit disappointed but it's still ok. If you love animals, please choose here.

Had our Christmas eve and Christmas dinners at Surf&Turf. Food was great as ever and the staff were awesome. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was as good as the one at the Pavillion

Quieter side of Pattaya”
Good location away from the congested crowds of Pattaya Beach or Jomtein Beach. Two 7-11s nearby for room snacks, various restaurants in walking distance (3 to 15 minute walk), more if you want to walk farther. Self service laundromat within 10 minute walk as well. Surf & Turf restaurant by the beach.

Beachfront without traffic”
Pros : amicable staffs, efficient reception , delicious food at Surf and Turf seaside restaurant, good air conditioning and running water, large pools with gigantic floats for kids, clean pool, clean floors, near many attraction in North Pattaya. The room is spacious with comfortable mattress which doesn’t hurt your back and the pillows are clean and just right in height and firmness so it doesn’t hurt your neck. As a result we had a very good sleep. Cons: although it is not as new as other hotels, it is well-maintained and we all had a comfortable stay

Good clean hotel with big rooms”
Pros 😁 - the location is good as in a good 20-25 min walk will take you to the main road and there are lots of options for food and entertainment. Some of the rooms are a little dated but big and very clean. Staff at reception are friendly . Cons ☹️- the first room they gave us was on the 6th floor and smelled damp. But the reception changed it for me quickly to a higher floor. Which had a view of the sea and Pattaya beach. 😡- the biggest issue was that I had booked through Agoda and on their site it says bottle water supplied but 🤷🏼♀️ the hotel puts 2 bottles (brown label) in the fridge and 2 bottles (blue labels) on counters. The hotel charged for the brown label water bottle 🤔 which is cold. But according to Agoda site bottle water is provided. I refused to pay as I hadn’t drank the ones outside as they were warm and in fact left my ones behind as well. The bar across from hotel 😡 service not good. Apart from this I would recommend this hotel.

Relaxing pool right outside the room”
First off, please be informed that the Long Beach Pavilions and Long Beach Garden Hotel are two different locations. The pavilion does not have direct access to the beach and you have to take a shuttle ride to the beach. Surf and Turf restaurant is by the beach (walk from the Long Beach Garden Hotel). Our Long Beach Pavilions room with pool access was a very spacious room with a couch and balcony. The toilet and bath was also big. Breakfast has a generous selection of viand (meat & veggies), eggs, porridge, pastries, salad, and seasonal fruits. Staff were nice and friendly. They speak Thai and fluent English. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would want to go back for a longer stay next time.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 thai dogs. Our room was in the dog friendly section, and the staff was very nice. Hotel is next to the beach. Very convenient.
