Friendly and Accomodative”
room size and cleanliness is acceptable. for a 3 star hotel, there are several function rooms. we hosted a training program there and they serve us well with right amount of food and drink for tea break and lunch. the food was well commended by our guest. when we did an internet check-in of our air tickets, we required printing and we were very impressed that the lady owner and her son offered to assist us even through it is already late in the night and they had not taken their dinner. we were impressed with their personal touch service. they did not charge us for the printing. we don't even get such treatment in a 4 ot 5 star hotel. breakfast buffet is also sufficient with combination for western and eastern. chinese porridge is well done also.

Accommodating Hotel but Rooms Smell of Smoke”
the hotel is billed as three stars but i think management has to snap alert to prevent hotel maintenance standards from sliding. 1. the rooms stank of cigarette smoke. - we were brought to two rooms--we accepted the second room because they sprayed it and the scent masked the smell of smoke for a while. 2. the bed sheets smelled funky. were they changed before we used the room or did the cigarette smoke just seeped into everything? overall, this hotel is adequate, especially for travelers who are just after an overnight stay in jakarta. the service is friendly enough, even as the very youthful staff tried their best to communicate with us in english and keep up with our requests (e.g. refill the shampoo and soap dispensers, adaptor for our laptop). i would recommend: 1. smoking and non-smoking rooms

this is the good hotel to stay, because the location is good. but need a little bit renovation inside the room. quiet old fashion hotel in the interior. the performance of the stuff is good, keep smilng.i am looking forward to stay in this hotel again soon.

Lovely hotel”
Hotel is located next to shops and right next to KFC. A renovated Hotel with clean an spacious room. The toilet and amenities were very clean and new. Reception and concierge were polite and always very helpful.

Small room, good service”
This was the first time I stay in this hotel. It's a bit hard to find because it's not on the main street. I have to passed through the same road for three times until I finally found their sign board. The room is quite small but clean. And the staff is very helpful. When i was about to sleep I felt that the pillow sheet was a bit smelly. I contact the housekeeping and they did it right away. The food is okay with many choices. Overall I satisfied with this hotel. Once u find the location, there's no problem anymore to find it.

disappointing, but did the job”
First night, could not sleep because of noise. The rooms are on a stairwell, that is connected to the main lobby, with the bar and restaurant. The noise from a party was considerable. The other nights the bar closed at 11 so not so bad. The Wi-Fi did not work well. The room was basic, but ok for the money.The area was horrible, you cannot walk to restaurants. There was a Gaja Mada mall nearby, but the restaurants were convenience fast food crap. However, by taking a taxi you can reach many good tourist spots easily and quickly, also buses were nearby. All being said, we would not stay there again.

Stayed there because I found the price attractive. Since I go to central Jakarta more, I find that this place is quite far from the centre. Its close to Kota area which is an entertainment area.

Amazing Location”
The room itself is just ok. Not so big, not so small. But the good thing is the surrounding area offer a lot of food variety. I tasted some local food delicacy by the street. And it taste so good. There are 4 shops that open 24/7 around the area. So you can easily stop by at any of the shops. The food in this hotel is very basic, it's still edible. But i prefer not to.

Very Noisy hotel”
Staff in Lasari at Roxy are better and very welcomed but condition of place is worse. all night music and loud. cant even sleep. Specially night time so noisy and loud. in room they keep clean but still in the room have insects. hot water not working properly. Its west of money to stay there, better stay in other 3 star hotel.

it's a 2 star hotel and although i thought the hotel could do with some improvements and a good clean, it was cheap, the staff were very friendly and the room was sufficient for my needs. so for a two star i think i would stay again if i wanted to budget. and i have seen worse 3 star hotels around.

Very close to my customer's place”
Already checked in here for a few times. Not a good hotel, but fits the price though. The food still sucks. The room is small eventhough already the bigger type compare to the one i took before. But i didn't stay in the hotel the whole time. So i guess it's ok. But they give me the wrong room. I ordered a twin bed. But they give me a queen size bed. I ask to change it, but they can't do it with a reason the hotel's full.

Not so famous hotel, and quite a hotel”
Its quite a hotel, for the price. However its hard to find the hotel location, even local doesn't know where the hotel is. Another setback, is its quite hard to get a taxi on peak hour.
