Always loved the food here! Staff are very helpful, super nice and very professional. Nice swimming pool and comfortable changing room although I didn’t use it this time, but have in the past. I wouldn’t complain on anything, but just a suggestion, perhaps blanket can be a little thinner/lighter? It was very hot to be under the blanket without cranking the aircon down to less than 20 degrees, which I felt a bit guilty to waste electricity. Also I’d like to have a bit more control over the water faucet in the shower. I couldn’t get medium flow with higher temperature. The only way I could get the temperature I wanted was maximum flow. Again, I felt guilty to waste so much water so I had to rush through shower rather than enjoying it to use less water. Room service menu was bit expensive for my comfort. Just those things, otherwise perfect!

The day I booked to stay at Lotte hotel, my cellphone has been stolen by a stranger outside of the Lotte hotel. ( it was on the street near the Park Hyatt Hotel intersection.) It was an awful experience for me, but the staff’s hospitality was so good and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel because they fully understood my feelings and tried to help me a lot.: 1. They calmed me with hot tea. 2. Helped me to block all credit cards. (For overseas card as well) Even though that stolen thing is not related to the hotel directly, they treated me so well as they felt so sorry for having me unlucky experience on the weekend. I am personally so appreciative of ‘Jake, Bella, Iris, Luna, Christina’. Besides, due to covid-19, the hotel serves the breakfast to my room like room service, it is so convenient! And Delicious!!

Exceptional service and lovely hotel”
Traveling with a 1 year old, this hotel is so accommodating. They had prepared a high chair every morning for our breakfast and brought us what our 1 year old was eating. Staff is amazing, rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety, location is great (city and river entrances saves you time depending on where you go). Highly recommend!

The connecting river-view rooms is perfect for my family, thanks to kind support of Ms Mia (My). We had a great time together over the holidays. The Crystal Jade restaurant offers good dimsum that you need not to go out. Staff service is perfect from Ms My to all. Highly recommend this hotel for your rest in Saigon!

Though inner curtains were little bit unclean.. Clean room, nice facility, great river view. I had enjoyed staying. I was planning to have buffet unfortunately it was on construction. We had dinner at japanese restaurant.

No idea the location is good but it's good view to see the river in my room,, I called Grab all the time if i need to go out so that is not matter for location.. staffs are all incredibly kind and clean and good breakfast, highly recommend!!
