Wonderful Over-Night Stop”
After a horrible night of delayed flights, we arrived at 3am and were greeted by the welcoming reception staff who promptly showed us to our room and informed us we could check out at a later time of 2pm so we can rest. This instantly improved our stay as we had treated ourself to a nicer hotel with promising facilities and were worried we couldn't even make the most of them. The room was perfectly clean, the bed was immensely difficult to leave (so soft and comfy!) and the bathroom was ideal - bathtub to relax in, powerful shower and even a Japanese-style spray toilet! The breakfast buffet was delicious - set on a higher floor with panoramic views. Everything you need (minus some bacon!) with tea and coffee table service. The pool was also a great addition to the hotel. Location is fantastic! Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the traffic but only a 5-minute walk to the centre and walking-street. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean and beautiful rooms with excellent staff”
The rooms are cleaned well and look more luxurous than most accomodations in the city. Breakfast and high tea are of good quality with a plentitude of choice. The service in the hotel is excellent and this a big compliment to the staff members. Staff is professional yet make you feel at home and personal at times. Their kind greetings made my stay here so much more confortable and enjoyable. I stayed in the hotel for a week and I reckon that most guest stay 2 maybe 3 days so they recognize me and my preferences. I will definately come back to this hotel.

First of all, and that surprises me much because I am very critical: There are no negative things :-) It is a quite newly renovated hotel in district 1. very clean, very supportive staff. Also the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are quiet, no Party disturbing the sleep. All relevant sighting points can be easily reached by walking. The big market is just 3 minutes away, a nice rooftop party bar 1 Minute, the pub street 4 minutes. Thank you for making my stay in Saigon so comfortable. I would book it again anytime and can only highly recommend it!

Excellent Customer Service & Good Location”
We spent 2 nights at Gracy R&J Hotel last week, it was a very memorable trip for us. Assistant Front Office Manager Mr Thinh was very polite, kind and friendly, he presented a small piece of birthday cake & personalized birthday card to my friend on her birthday (10th Dec 2019), he's so thoughtful and even extended extra miles service to us and other customers. Mr Sang Ji & Ms Candy also very good in customer services, they always offered to refill the Vietnamese coffee for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Gracy R& J Hotel very much, good location and value for money. Afternoon tea at the hotel would be the most wonderful moment for their guests. We will definitely come back again in the near future. Thank you very much once again!

Great hotel in District 1 - Saigon”
Although the room was small (it was actually our decision to book this small one), everything is extremely clean and new. They changed our towels twice a day, and we had complimentary mini bar. The breakfast and the tea party (2pm-4pm) are excellent, and the staff was really helpful and nice. Location is good, as you will avoid the noise and hustle of other hotels in District 1 located in busier avenues and streets. Great hotel.

4* Hotel with 5* aspirations for 3* price ! Great hotel, good room, spotlessly clean and staff extremely friendly & helpful. Breakfast good mix of European & Asian food, free Afternoon Tea and daily free mini-bar of Water/Soft Drinks. Good location within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, Ben Thanh Market, Cathedral, Post Office & and War Museum. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again !

Amazing hotel, staff extremely friendly and welcoming could not be more helpful, after we checked out,we had a good few hours before our flight home the hotel offered to watch our luggage also let us get cleaned up and change before we got our flight home beautiful jesture. We spent there 9 nights in total. The room facilities are good enough. Buffet breakfast is good, having not so many choices but I won't ask for more due to the rate being already good compared to others in the same location. The staffs are friendly. Our big thanks to the young bellboy and the security man in the basement, who were very helpful to us. There is a minus that the hot shower water was just warm on the rainy days (I read somewhere that they used the solar panel system which on gloomy or rainy days, it won't have enough heat for water). I look for value in hotels in SE Asia, because even the five star hotels in the region rarely deliver quality service. However, this little hotel surprised me with not only excellent value, but also excellent service from the staff. The hotel is very clean and newly renovated. The room is fairly small, but it is clean and modern. The shower had a strong water pressure and the water drained well. This is somewhat unusual because almost all the HCMC hotels I’ve stayed had bad drainage problems. They offer free minibar (just water and soft drinks) and afternoon tea, which I didn’t use. The breakfast was simply outstanding. The food was not anything too fancy, but almost everything was delicious and well prepared. Pho and coffee were my favorites. The staff, from the bellhop to the front desk to servers, was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were more than professional as they served with joy and kindness. The manager at the buffet, Suji, was the BEST. I will return!

Employees are very friendly and helpful from the get go. Swimming pool overseeing Bitexco and the city is awesome. The room is clean, tidy and is located in a quiet street, even though if you just walk across the red light you’ll be right at the center of actions. It was a very pleasant stay for only $30/night. Second time stay here, but for working this time. I've stayed for 1 night only so booked a room with no window and breakfast available. I was really surprised because they've free upgrade from Garda to Lessini, that was so amazing because Lessini was a Premier room with large window and nice view also (maybe only available on weekdays). Even I've checked in late, they still supported me very well. That's much worthy!! Don't know if they served afternoon tea back or not yet. Good location to walk to nearest stores (Maison Marou / Tous Les Jours...)

I think the hotel is quite nice. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was not anything special, but the taste was good. The rooms are clean too, so I would say, we were satisfied with our stay. One thing I do not like though is the amount of single used plastic they use (tiny shampoos, conditioners, etc)

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the major market in District 1 and other sights. The staff is exceptional, helping us with travel planning and making arrangements for tours and special events. The food was very good and the servers are helpful and attentive. We arrived early and the staff was able to arrange special accommodations, and they went to great lengths to help us in other unexpected situations. The whole experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel.

Travelling during covid19 - (waiting to get home) the staff here were brilliant! They were kind, accomodating, informative and caring. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful; from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant. Clean rooms, excellent toilet (love the heated toilet seat😀) Breakfast spread was good, complimentary tea buffet was a bonus and complimentary mini bar was such an innovative and bold idea for a hotel to provide. The room was good while breakfast was poor”
It has been almost 1,5 year since I stayed here last time, before Covid. The room & staff were nice, except some facilities were quite old. TV was good enough with high quality and multiple choices of channels. There were not many guests staying here this time because I checked in within the weekday, and then there were many people came in the evening. The lounge was hot without an opened conditioner. Decoration was nice with Tet atmosphere. The only thing needed to be improved was breakfast, I think there were enough guests at weekend to prepare buffet in spite of normal breakfast with a few dishes and out of drinks. Another small point should be improved was the noise at night, it may be caused by soundproff between rooms. However, bed was cosy enough to sleep tight with us :)

A property worth the value for money”
A good team of committed staff of a centrally located property in the HCMC. The facilities are good and comfortable. The room we stayed MC01 was comfortable but the furniture needs to be custom designed for optimum floor space utilization . However this is not a deterrent attribute for choosing this property. We would strongly recommend this property to any traveler.
