it was a bad choice for us”

They canceled the partnership with agoda and they didn't acknowledge our booking. we just only book for 1 night to stay and go to airport early morning. we have to negotiate with them nearly 20 minutes and finally they give us a room, not a good room though. A no for me.

A huge room for 4 people, 2 king size beds with a very nice price . I highly recommented it if you are going like a group and wanna stay together.

Lovely hotel, good location, nice staff”

I enjoyed my stay there. The Hotel is quite old but clean and the staffs are very nice and helpful. It is located in Western town and close to Hue's Citadel. At night you can walk around to some bars and restaurants, meet new friends.

Great location and early check in”

we arrived 9am had no problem checking in early, we had bêen upgraded to a massive rôom with one double bed and one kingsize bed completely free. You can book your open bús ticket from the reception and all the staff are pretty friendly, however some đin't speak alot òf english but had there phones handy to use translator app.

Phòng khách sạn rộng và sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên phòng tắm khá là nhỏ, hơi bất tiện. Tivi và điều hòa dùng không được tốt. Tuy nhiên nhân viên và chủ khách sạn rất thân tiện nên cảm thấy thoải mái.

Fòng cũ dù mới xay nam 2012, trang thiết bị có cái bị hỏng chưa được sửa chữa. Nhân viên nhiệt tình nên tạm bù trừ

Thoải mái, vui vẻ, không có cảm giác như là người xa lạ. Tuy nhiên, KS cần lưu ý với các dịch vụ khác khi liên kết (ví dụ như xem văn nghệ trên thuyền rồng buổi tối, KS cho biết có xe ô tô đưa đón, nhưng vẫn phải đi bộ ra bến thuyền), tránh để khách cho là không chu đáo.
