Great spot”
The staff is very on point with their duties, with high quality standard: checkin, cleanliness, security, etc. The gardens are wonderful. The place has enough people to handle the rushes on the weekend, the service remain top notch. I did get a few grims from certain staff individuals but these things happen and is mostly misunderstanding, some travellers do have a talent for making them get a bit tired of the attitude they receive and get confused thinking every foreigner must be a jerk. When i checked out, i was thrown my passort back and were told down, i must have deserved that one as i left the room 30mins after the checkout limit time. The bed is so comfortable, who would want to get up before noon if there is nothing better to do that day but appreciate a thing so rare to get these days: an amazing sleep and rest in a fantastic bed. AC, hot water, towels, bedsheets, fan, thick + thin curtins, everything was at its best. The Wi-Fi was not so stable but is free across the entire venue. Overall near ideal perfect stay, i would recommend that place for any traveller, except the party type of course who may expect beach bar events until midnight within the facilities. The environment rather is filled with a marvelous spirit of calmness. There are late bar and clubs along the beach at walking distance anyway.

Advice re: Bungalows”
Although I love the hotel and beach, we paid a little more to get a bungalow which wasn't a standalone building. At the end of their property is a 3 story building which houses a bungalow on each floor. Although the bungalow was well furnished, clean, & spacious I was unhappy with the neighbor on the other side of the property line: they had a couple of dogs that constantly barked and roosters that would start getting loud about 4 a.m. The toilet room window which overlooked the the neighbor's property wouldn't close so the noise from the dogs and roosters was aggravating through our stay. My advice is to avoid the bungalows and stay in the regular rooms (away from this noisy neighbor). The beach is wide and beautiful; I noticed the hotel staff cleaning up the beach each morning. The restaurant is good and serves drinks to the pool or cabanas and the breakfast buffet was wonderful with a great selection.

Good food, good stay”
When we first arrived we had some small issues with our room. After reporting this to the staff they requested us to go out and have a drink. Upon our return the room was in perfect state, all our issues were taken care of and they even fully cleaned the room. Great service! The breakfast buffet is outstanding with a good mix of asian and western cuisine. We had one dinner here, the food was very tasty as well. Do mind that it can get quite noisy. 1 night we woke up at 5am because some people decided to go swimming and yelling (unfortunatly security didnt act on it untill we made a complaint). The evening afterwards there was a group who brought a karaoke set which was very loud during dinner, couldnt even understand eachother while talking. Overall very good stay regardless the noisy/rude people that happened to stay there also.

I was impressed by the garden, then the beach. Resort has 2 sides: garden and beach, I preferred to garden side because of the privacy. Staff were friendly and helpful and nicely, my friend and I felt comfortable as staying here. We just spent time for the quietness and relaxation. It's worth to stay.

Awesome (but the shower)”
This hotel has a real zen feel about it. The grounds are lush with tranquil ponds and Buddha statues. The pool on the beach front is a great place to relax and cool off. The rooms are great and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the shower - it’s a handheld shower with no wall fitting to allow you to stand under it. Fix that and this hotel ticks all the boxes

Great location & value”
I vacation in this area regularly and have repeatedly stayed at Lotus Village because of the location, amenities, and value. I haven't found any other hotels in this vicinity in the same price range with better pools or beach access. The staff is helpful and the spa is reasonably priced and open until 10pm. One of the few negative aspects of my most recent stay was in regards to my "Hillside" room; it bordered a busy uphill road with 24/7 traffic - although the hillside rooms are more secluded I prefer ocean view rooms away from the road.

The aircon in room S111 stopped working on the 2nd night. It was my parents' room, I did not know until the next morning when my father told me but we are leaving so he did not want to mention it. He did try to put it at 18 C to 20 C, on and off but still very hot, the resort should check it.

Good choice hotel in Mui Ne”
As a whole, we really liked this place. There were a couple things that could have been better, though: -When I booked a Seaside Deluxe room, I thought this meant a room facing the ocean - it was not. I think the resort is split on two halves of the road, where "seaside" is on the ocean side and "hillside" is across the street. But not all "Seaside" rooms are seaside and I wish I knew that before paying extra for one. -We felt a little rushed at check-in. We didn't have any time to ask questions or get help before they told us to go rent a scooter (200k/day - you'll pay less elsewhere). When we did finally get a chance to ask about train bookings, they weren't much help, saying we only deal with bus. Still, good value, comfortable and spacious rooms, and good location. Nice breakfast. I would stay here again.
