Every thing is recommendable, from the rooms, price, environment, facilities, staff, breakfast and location. It is quite far from Hua hin center but they have a free shuttle for clients. Most of the staff are warm and helpful, but they can improve their breakfast a bit more. See you next time. We're going back with some friends.

Peaceful and relaxing”
Off the beaten track and a fair way from the main tourist drag, Lotus Residential Villas offers spacious accommodations. We were 4 adults staying in a two bedroomed villa both with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms spacious with hot and cold running water. Livingroom was enormous with comfortable couches, a dining table and chairs to one side and open plan kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster and a few pieces of crockery and cutlery. Missing were a kettle and mini bar. Outside is your own private swimming pool which was delightful. Staff are helpful and very friendly. In short, I would recommend Lotus Residential Villas and would not hesitate staying there again. The peace and quiet are a big plus for me as well as no hoards of tourists.

Spacious but far away from town center”
Spacious rooms and value for money. Far away from town center of Hua Hin. The shuttle bus is good but limited schedule. The environment is nice. Quiet environment and nice swimming pool.

Stay here”
We were looking for a place to stay in or near HH and this place surprised us.Location is fantastic,just drive down #37 and look for the Antique walking street. Staff so welcoming,villa with a good size pool full kitchen and a bbq outside. Usually we stay at a hotel in HH but no more we look forward to experience Black Lotus again. When at Black Lotus skipping road 4 through HH is a joy as its the worst in traffic in Thailand. Recommend:stay here and go to Sam Roi Yod for the beach.

Amazing villa”
We were 2 couples wih kids of 4 years old. We had a nice 2 bedrooms villa with a huge private swimming pool. It was a great experience and both adults and kids loved it. The only bad restriction on our stay was the breakfast. Honestly, it was not on the same level as the villa and expensive for the buffet offer / quality. Except that, we loved it and we will definitvly go back when we go in Hua Hin

This pool villa is not bad but improvement needed”
The first time when I drove to the villa, it is quite difficult to find the road there, since the small size of advertising board located in junction. Even the villa is far away from Hua Hin downtown, it is very nice that have a quite and wonderful environment around. We have nice Barbecue party in the villa, the swimming pool is nice and clean that I could enjoy swimming. The staffs are friendly but they are not quite good in English. The reception service is only until 11 pm, after that just a security guard only. The water heater was quite poor that we could not get hot water for shower and required the engineer to fix it. And Power supply was suspended at one night, but quickly fixed by the engineer. And we found that some roaming dogs were walk around at night. Hopefully they can have improvement that when I came back next time. And also I hope that they can provide breakfast included in package.

Good for family or friend union”
I stayed at Black Lotus during the weekday which it was so quiet and peaceful. Not many tourists there, actually I booked one bedroom private pool villa, and when I was there, the staff upgraded to two bedroom private pool villa, but they just locked the other room. Anyway, it was very huge, the living room and kitchen is very spacious which it is huge enough to hold up the whole family members or friends to gather together and cook some foods and enjoy a little party inside the living room or lingering around the swimming pool. It would be a lot of fun to come with your friends or family. Anyway, for persons who don't travel with the personal car may find it hard to deal with since it is kind of far away from town and the road to hotel at night is secluded and very dark. Anyway, I'm very enjoy spending the time there and will go back again if I have a chance. Recommended!!

Good villa hotel with some flaws ”
I enjoyed my stay at Black Lotus, having booked a two bedroom villa with pool. The pool was excellent; clean, deep enough to swim in and a large size. The lounge and kitchen were well equipped for those who want to self cater - popular with those down from Bangkok for the weekend. Hotel was only busy at the weekend. Empty otherwise - which I like. Very friendly staff with good English language skills. Restaurant good for international and thai food. The hotel arranged BBQ etc at the weekends. Beautiful main pool, great lighting, poo. Extends into a lovely long lake that snakes down the resort. You need transport unless you are happy to rely on hotel taxi service. The resort is some 15 minutes by car to Hua Hin and very isolated. You cannot walk there. My biggest negative was the casual haphazard room cleaning service. It is hit and miss and not very professional - without going into too much detail you cannot flush paper down the loo, I insisted that bins therefore emptied ever day- it took some effort to get that sorted.

Quite Enjoyable stay at Black Lotus”
This resort has all the makings of a 4-5 star resort just that i always seem to be lacking of minor changes. I stayed there for 2 nights in a 2 bed room with private pool villa. The rooms were good except that there were quite a number of houseflies in the area so maybe they should provide some form of repellant. The pool was good and the staff were courteous as well. However, they was hardly any hot water from the showers be it from the bath tub or the normal overhead showers. Having a hot shower was important for me after a long day and i couldnt get it at black lotus. Next, I also rented 2 bikes from Black lotus at 300 bht per day which is more than normal from other motorcycle rentals. I was willing to pay as the resort was located quite far off the main shopping district and I did not want to travel to and fro returning my bike. When i received the bike it was running low on petrol and the horn didnt work. I mean i already paid a premium for the bikes the least u could do was provide some petrol and fully operating bikes. The next was the rental was for 24hrs and we wanted to extend for another 4 hours. Initially after some bargaining we were told they would extend for free which i tot was very good of the hotel. In the end they charged me an extra 100 per bike for extension -_-. I wasnt in a mood to argue over 100 bht so i just paid. Overall it was a good experience but all these nitty gritty details left a sourish taste. I would consider going back to black lotus but only if they offered better service for customers who are willing to stay off the main areas .

More than what you expected ”
We booked this hotel with Bed room spa villa but what we got it's totally different. It's not just one bed room with spa like in the picture that showed in website but it's look like penthouse. The huge living room and kitchen on the first floor and big bed room on the second floor with private pool inside home. This is very private and provided with full facilities. The bathroom is very big and one big bath spa on the second floor bath room. Also the big porch with very good view at night. The location is quite good for us as it near Khao Takieb and the center of Huahin. There is just some little thing that's not so ok. Hot water doesn't work well in both bathroom and breakfast is also just like a small breakfast. They served with 2 sausage, egg, ham, bread, fruits, one glass of orang juice and one tea or coffee. It seem like a big breakfast but the taste was so bad. Anyway If u r not mind about the breakfast, I would recommend u to stay here. And I will come back again 100%!

Beautiful, nature resort”
Reside among the mountain gives this place the tranquillity needed away from the city life. a little less ideal is place is swarmed with mosquito, making it a challenge to soak in the jacuzzi which is placed outside the room in the corner of the garden. would be ideal if they seal off the Jacuzzi within the room area so people can soak in the jacuzzi in peace without fighting the sound of mosquito buzzing around the ears and biting any part of body that is out of the water. simply breakfast but is understandable given the little visitors in the resort. there's only 1 swimming pool and no other facilities within the resort. villa comes with equipped kitchen and a bbq pit which is difficult to be in the outdoor when mosquito are swarming around. lighting are dim also poses a challenge. the villa is near to an animal safari which has animal shows such as tiger, elephant, crocodile. lots of pineapple fields around the resort. overall nice experience, would be better if the housekeeping of mosquito is better manage.

very disappointed trip to black lotus villa”
a very disappointing trip to black lotus villa (hua hin) arrived early ard 12pm though the check in time was 2pm, luckily the villa was vacant. staff brought us over to the villa. upon reaching i was so excited it looks perfectly great. after handed over the keys to us. i found out that they did not clean up the villa. so i called, when the cleaner arrive she gave us a black face and called the reception that she had cleaned up everything. i was v uncomfortable with the stain bed linen sticky floor and you can find dust everywhere. i have to spend 250 baht to actually asked her to clean up the whole villa and waited for 2 hours. pot just melted when boiling water. wc choked when trying to use bathtub. electricity cut off. all in one day.

Perfect Holiday”
We never had to leave the villa. We had a great time. We had everything we need there. Only problem was the aircon werent working properly. But everything else were perfect. Will definitely go back again. It was very good priced for a 2 bedroom private pool villa.

I very like it because my family and I all can enjoy together in private luxury villa. The villa is clean, comfortable, nice green garden and big pool. Staffs are friendly and can take a good care when i want something. Food is quite good I don't need to go out to find something to eat. The resort is located near tourist places such as floating market and biggest jungle water park. I love it.

Nice Pool Villa”
We stay in pool villa 3 bed rooms. We had requested hotel to change date and they accept to do. Staffs are so nice. The villa is very large but there is only 1 bath tub in master bedroom. the others room are shower. Room furniture are not look new and some damaged. but it is acceptable with price. The pool is very clean and large. I like it.

Spacious pool villa”
This is our second time to stay here. It's a bit off the main road, just go past the Electric Mango and you're already in the villa subdivision. We booked a 2-BR pool villa and had a great time using the pool and cooking facilities (including the outdoor grill). Everything is clean and well-maintained, with the exception of the fitness facilities. Had to resort to running around the subdivision for exercise. Breakfast was a turn-off due to the flies that were everywhere, crawling inside the jam jars, salad greens and even swiiming in the salad dressing (yup). There was a digger working a ways down from the villas, but it wasn't too much of a bother. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.
