I stayed here as a solo female traveller for 5nights in a female only dorm and I really loved the place. The place is really modern with great space and even though it’s on a road that has a busy night life, it is very quiet. The location is fantastic with great sights, restaurants, bars, massages, bike hire etc all within walking distance. The common areas and bathrooms are well kept, clean and comfortable. They have bicycles that you can take for free, the staff are so warm and friendly and super helpful. The showers have great pressure with proper hot water! The reason for the missing star is the lack of attention to detail - there is no hook for your towel in the room, there are no bins in the room and the curtains do not fully cover around the beds. Great place overall though!

Modernized and cozy hotel”
First, the staffs are very accommodating. We were welcomed with vibrant smiles during our arrival. Second, they cater your personal requests to the best that they can. The ironing machine was my favorite because I don’t like going out with creasy clothes. And oh! There was one night that my shoes were filthy because of ATV ride, they looked for slippers for me to wear. Lastly, the place was just comfortable and I felt like I was just at home. When I’ll come back to Chiangmai, I’ll be here FOR SURE!

Home away from home”
We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Great location. Walking distance to the old city and steps away from great restaurants, bars and massage parlours. The breakfast area is modern, tastefully decorated, and a great spot for doing some work. The internet was good. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. They can book tours for you and they even followed up with one of the tour companies (elephant tours) when they were running a bit late to pick us up. They also went above and beyond to help us call immigration when we had questions regarding our visa. Don't let the lack of reviews discourage you from chosing this place as it is a new hotel. We would 100% stay here again in the future.

A hotel is in a center and near night market”
Former hotel was a Soho Hostel that decorated by red color but after year 2019 there was a new owner and chaged a hotel's name to be Loyy hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staffs are very service mind and friendly. There is cooking area that eveyone can cook by themselves. A night martket and Le'Meridian hotel is not far from the hotel by walking around 100-200 m. There are many restaurants and 7-11 stores around the hotel. Starbucks isn't far from the hotel also by walking 5-10 minutes.

Exceptional”
Our first time staying in a hostel. I always assumed it was for the younger crowd as we are 60 plus. It was great. A lot of families and older adults. The facilities were great. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast items were set out for you to make yourself. A full kitchen so you could buy stuff to make. Great location. Close to night market. Girls at front desk were extremely helpful. Better value for the price than our expensive Bangkok hotel

Loyy is my home away from home!”
Stayed here a few weeks back, when we came back to Thailand for the second time. We had stayed here previously so, this time we rented a room for a month only because the staff here are all very friendly/welcoming, rooms are kept really clean and the location is perfect! The rooms have smart TVs and the lounge is really cosy and decorated really well which reminds of home. Will definitely comeback if I'm in Chiang Mai. Khop kun kraap NiNi! The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 1 week and everyone I met at this hostel has the same impression as me. Brand new hostel, everything is very clean, the maids change the sheets every day, the lobby is equipped with everything a traveler may need and even more ... Breakfast very satisfaying. Best Hostel in Chiang Mai”
The facilities are great. I had some unexpected full time work to do from my computer but the lounge offers a comfortable work space. The staff are really friendly. They gave me candy on Valentine’s Day and helped me buy medicine when my foot swelled up from muscle strain and I couldn’t walk. I have renewed my booking 2 times already during my stay in chiang mai. Highly recommend!

This place has everything you need! Great location, safe, clean, comfortable, super helpful and friendly staff and washer and dryer with laundry detergent on site. Some reviews mentioned noise- I stayed two separate times and was neither disturbed at night or woken up by the temple in the morning. Hotel kept my luggage all day and printed my travel documents free of charge!

I stayed in the female dorms and couldn’t have had a better experience. It was really clean and tidy and in the morning there was cereal and waffles available self service. The staff were very kind and helpful with any requests or recommendations. The area was also perfect for if you want to be close to the centre but not right in the thick of it.

Located in the heart of Chiang Mai city but not noisy, the hostel is clean especially no dust in personal locker with hangers (bring your own lock), bed; on the table and chair in dining room etc. Some staffs were very helpful. The hostel provides you completely facilities from good room with towel to light breakfast, bicycle etc. I'll recommend this hostel to everyone.

Awesome, clean, and trendy hotel. Super clean, great value for money, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The free rental bikes are a nice touch as well. If I ever come back to Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here again.

i really loved being here. staffs are really cool and they're super friendly. they have cool facilitys and they're all brand new. you can have free breakfast and free water and even rent a bike for free! the location is great too. it's near the night market. so you wont regret staying here. the best place in chiang mai!

Staffs are friendly and helpful, dorm and shared toilets are clean. The common area is a great place to social, rest and work. Walking distance to Tha Phae Gate, with shops and good foods around.
