Value, clean and nice owner & staff”
This villa is actually managed by owner itself. It has the facilities swimming pool compare staying in homestay. Price is a lot value for money. Pros - room is spacious, clean, staffs is nice and very helpful. Cons - location is not strategic where it needs to take motorbike to ancient town and beach. But owner did offer us the motorbike rental. Breakfast selection is not much & fruits served is not covered where found fruits flies. This can be improved further. Hoi an is a place that mostly has "NO price tag" where we have to ask the price until we found out from friends staying in hoi an, whatever we paid was very high price. If we are visitors, they will open the higher price compare to Local. That's is unfair as a tourist I felt that. It makes us spend money with more conscious. Mineral water 20000VND where is Danang only 7500VND Chicken rice in stall selling 120000VND where that was our first meal that no choice we were hungary.

This villa is very new so it's sparkling clean and very beautiful. I stayed here late November of 2016 with a couple friends and some other traveling friends in their other rooms really enjoyed it too. The pool is very pretty and great for relaxing in and getting some sun on the comfortable beach chairs. You get a delicious free breakfast with coffee, I had the banana pancakes, yum. After sleeping on dorm beds a month straight their beds were like a cloud. You could get the room ice cold with the a/c, shut the blinds and get it super dark in the room, and cuddle under the warm comforters and put on the satellite tv. The family who stays there is incredibly helpful and sweet. They have a ton of free bicycles you can use. The family makes sure you have everything you need but also gives you your space to just chill in the beautiful setting. The shower is beautiful, clean, and HOT STRONG water, nice. Highly recommend staying at least a few days :) wonderful welcoming villa!

Good 3 star accomodation ”
As a family with four older children this was a good choice. We stayed for five nights and were upgraded to two rooms on arrival. We used the pool everyday (swim towels provided) Breakfast was simple with a couple of hot and cold choices but all we needed. We used the bikes for free and easily rode to Hoi an ancient town and also to An bang beach. The manger was very helpful organising taxi and tours for us and she gave us a good bye gift on our last day. The beds were comfortable with fresh towels and service everyday. On the first night we arrived the room has humid and the beding was a little damp, we were given a dehumidifier and opened up the room each day to air out, this solved the problem easily, don't be put off by that it's easily rectified, just such high humidity, all fine after that.

Beyond delighted”
Such a beautiful space. From the moment we areived the hospitality extended was impressive. The room was a great size, the beds comfortable and all amenities were excellent. The rain shower, was a particular highlight I was unwell when i arrived and the staff did their best to make my time more enjoyable but also had the understanding to do so from afar for the most part allowing meto recover. Due to my illness, i got my days confused and they did everything they could to facilitate a resolution to my error. So very glad we discovered this gem of a location and we cannot wait to returnto experience it properly and at full health next time. My only downside was that i was not here long enough - a lesson learnt for next time. What a first rate property with phenomenal staff. So very impressed, thank you

Everything is lovely here. The building,pool,room and staff. Exceptionally clean. The location is a 20 minute walk to town and clothing markets. Many shops,stores and places to eat local food as well as you make your way to town. Great to get a bit of exercise. Look no further you won't be disappointed.

The lovely lady here looked after my boyfriend when he was sick and made him special ginger tea, she also made sure he had some before our bus journey the following day! Good clean, comfortable room in a nice setting with pool! A touch far out but nothing that renting a motorbike/bicycle can't fix :)

Perfect stay in Hoi An!”
We had the best a great stay at the Lucky Leaf Villa. The family was very welcoming and helpful. We got a garden tour with all the different fruits, and were invited for dinner. Amazing breakfast with lots of fruit. They helped us with booking a bustrip, and we even got snacks for the trip. Free bicycle to use, cheap motorbike rental. Nice pool. Everything you could wish for. We are grateful for the kindness and hospitality and would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Hoi An. It is close to the city center but also to the sea. All this for a really affordable price!

Toen we aankwamen bij lucky leaf hadden we geen al te hogen verwachtingen. Eenmaal de receptie voorbij blijkt er een super mooi zwembad aanwezig te zijn! Het personeel is ontzettend aardig en helpen je waar je kan. Overduidelijk onze beste verblijfslocatie van Vietnam. Ps wel 7/8 min fietsen naar hart van de oude stad
