Great home, in the middle of all the vinhomes apartment buildings. Food, drinks, coffee, shopping right outside your front door. Would come back anytime i'm in Vietnam.

The staff is very responsive. They answer you right away. Everything is great. I just want to make suggestions. I was there for business and no time but I have no clue how to use the pool and the gym. Also the apartment needs a few commodity if you want to do laundry (I bought detergent, clothes clips) But one of the main thing is… there are no instruction on anything. How to use the tv, the laundry, the safety box, turn on the power when you arrive. Little details but greatly helpful for non Vietnamese traveler. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. I will come back! The price was a little high (maybe it’s the season). Also on Agoda site, it says shared kitchen….I’m not sure why but my apartment was all very safe and private.

Amazing and Fantastic ”
If traveling with family, this is the best place to stay. It’s located right across the Central Park and shopping mall. It’s takes only 15 minutes to get to the hustle and bustle of the city center in District 1. Worth the money.

Premium location and helpful host ”
The apartment is located at premium location where it is easy to find mall, grocery stores and ATM. Few minutes walk to popular coffee shop named Highland and Cong Caphe. But if you’re looking for street food you need to take Grab or other service which will take around 10 minutes. Grab and some other food delivery services are easy here. The apartment is clean and complete with kitchen set. The view is also stunning. Not to forget Dzuy our kind host who always there when we need assistance. Totally recommended!

Totally unprepared host. ”
Since this is a condo-hotel, each unit is privately owned, and the “front desk staff” is just a person who makes sure the non-room facilities are well-kept. You coordinate directly with the unit’s owner to get into the room, any of the building’s facilities, cleanliness issues, etc… Our host totally bombed this experience. He didn’t give us any details on how to find or get into the room. They room key was in the room’s mailbox off the lobby, but he never gave us the combination. After some calls, texts, we got it. Then when we got to the home itself, the door lock takes a password (the keycard was just to get us up the elevator). Again - we had no combo to open the front door. After some more texting, waiting, we finally got the code and got into the home. We’ve stayed at VinHomes before, in another tower and had high expectations, but this place looked very worn-down compared to the other places. The fit and finish were not there… there was a loose/wobbly tile in the kitchen area that we always stepped on, the shower caulking had gross mold/mildew all around, and the doorway had what looked like a supersized German cockroach crushed in the door sill. Definitely not the classy apartment I was spoiled with last time I stayed here.

Awesome location, good size 1 bedroom property, decent facilities 49.07, lots of amenities around, hosts responded to all the queries and request with utmost priority and the issues (if any) were resolved asap. Will definitely stay again in future

2 bedroom apartment ”
Luxehome Saigon 2 bedroom apartment. Check in & out was easy. Host was rather communicative. Stayed on the top floor 47th storey. Some furnishings were a little dated but suffice. Some areas were dusty. Some fixtures were also not in good condition. Aircon were leaking. Basic amenities. 1 washer no dryer. Netflix provided. Located in district 1 away from the city so need to take a grab each time. Upgrading work around the area. Th Vincom centre opp the apartment was smaller, not many shops as compared to the one in the city center. Nothing much around this vicinity. Not a bustling neighborhood. More like a residential area, not a touristy place.
