Very good but could do with some upgrades ”
Old fashion key system needs to be updated to card key. Also only 1 bathroom for a 2 bedroom (6 person) suite, this could be very difficult

Good location, few things needs attention”
We had a 2 room suite WITHOUT a lounge. 2 rooms,small kitchen,1 bathroom and passage. Bathroom had bathtub with telephone shower (no separate shower), toilet, bidet and basin. Pressure in kitchen and bathroom EXTREMELY low, except for bath. They provide soap, tissue, towels, etc. Kitchen had BIG fridge/freezer, twin tub washing machine (difficult to use), stove, kettle, but EXTREMELY few dishes. Just a few pots and plates. We had to buy cups, spoons, knives, strainer, cleaning agents, sponge, etc. The kitchen was EXTREMELY small Room 1 had 2 beds, cupboard, bar fridge. Room 2 had 3 beds, cupboard, bar fridge, work desk. Rooms were quite small. We had to eat in passage, quite narrow. Their system is such that you must call them to clean and someone must be in the room. The cleaning staff and bell boy were pleasant. Only 4 lifts, so at salaah times it's crowded. We were on 1 1st floor so used to use the stairs mostly. Very close to haram shareef especially for ladies salaam also.

Great for family stay”
Very convenient location for women as close to women entrance.The check in staff was very kind and helpful as gave us bigger rooms without any further charges(Thank you indeed). Room service needs to be improved, we had to remind them so many times. Lifts are a bit crowded at salat times but very well handled by the lift staff. Restaurants, shops and transport everything very close yet very quiet inside. Beds were comfortable. Overall good value for money.

The only setbck was there is only 1 toilet in the room and the lift will have problem when many people using it. (after prayer time). People cant go down. Lift only go up.

Location closed to Rawdah but the Service from STAFF is AWFUL”
Lack of services instead of the cleanliness and staff, especially the Duty Manager of this Hotel who did not give the best solutions or even listen to the customer complaints. He ignored me when I spoke with my respectfulness. The rest is a person in charge of this property, Mohamed Nawar who was giving me high promise but at the end, he broke it out. He was not helpful too much with no speaking English at all. But I understood some of the Arabic words and I tried my best to make him knowledgeable. Same as his boss, the Duty Manager, ignoring me and did not solve any solutions till a day. I have to extra pay move to another room which it's not a first deal with them and waiting for 9hours to be cleaned. The management is too much poor. They are looking just for money without making the satisfaction of the customers.

Only one toilet available in the 2bedroom "suites".”
Overall is fine except bathroom/toilet, only one to share with all family members which the room can occupied 8 person (we are 5person). It make us always rushing to be ready to go to mosque. Also lift not function well, waiting time to go down during peak hours is to long (only 4 available lift).

Non-Luxurous Rawadah Motel”
Terrible. Only 5 elevators which were always jammed. My whole family (and many others too) were to mostly use stairs to go up & down 8 floors atleast 3 times a day. Washing machine was old broken Samsung. 2 towels for 5 guests & balance arrived next mid day. Cleaning staff very short & suite was cleaned once in 3 days. Hotel very short of staff & the ones that are there are all from Bangldesh, ill trained & least interested in their work. Hotel mostly handle large groups from Malaysia & Indonesia who were jamming the elevators with lots of pushing & loud shouting. Bathroom W.C. seat was broken & some tiles were also broken. Overall this is a motel style old hotel which looks ok from outside but is old & ill maintained with cheap fittings inside. Both senior & junior staff are neither trained nor interested to provide service. Wifi is free but is very difficult to get the code. I had to ask 3 different persons then had to guess it as last person told me it was hotel tel number but he did not remember it!

Worst experience ever!”
The first impression with the Egyptian receptionist was very poor. He was so rude and hostile that I felt helpless. Perhaps he was only there to ruin the business. I reached there at 4 and asked him about my booking and he started shouting by telling me that can't i see that rooms are not ready (how should I know BTW?). I requested him to calm down and tell me if I had done any mistake and to my surprise he said if I want to cancel the booking i can do it. Without asking what my booking reference was he asked me to come after one hour. Unbelievable! Pathetic! I have never seen such hospitality in madina. Luckily after an hour he was not at the desk and a Saudi delivered me room key. The deluxe family suit consisted of two 6x8 rooms and very uncomfortable beds. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was close to women gate.

Room wasn't as described, customer service non existent. Room cleaning service was non existent on first day...got better after that Booked three triple bed rooms....got room with 5 beds in and they refused to remediate. Location was okay for the mosque, but I shan't be booking this hotel again

Very poor service and room”
Don't bother staying here. Waited 2 hours to check in. They said it was because room wasn't ready. Then when they finally checked me in the room wasn't even cleaned! Was a nasty room. Beds completely worn out and bathroom was horrible.
