Great house with beautiful views”
Overall, we really enjoyed this house. The on-grounds housekeeper was so wonderful in making sure we were provided both dinner and breakfast. The grounds were really cool for young kids to play around in, and nearby are beautiful national parks and waterfalls. We enjoyed staying here as the space was wonderful for the 3 kids and the baby we were traveling with. The beds were a bit firm for my personal taste, but overall I cannot complain. The all glass living room and beautiful rooftop make this worth it.

ความสะอาดที่พักและการบริการดีมากค่ะ เด็กๆมีสระว่ายน้ำให้เล่น มีบริเวณให้ทำกิจกรรมไปพร้อมๆกับผู้ใหญ่ บ้านสวย ออกแบบดี มีข้าวต้มให้ทานตอนเช้าด้วย ติดตรงทำเลค่อนข้างไกลจากตัวเมือง และเสียงจากห้องชั้น2ดังเข้ามาถึงในห้องนอน แต่รวมๆแล้วประทับใจค่ะ

ไม่สะอาดเลย มีแมลงวันเยอะมากกกก ทั้งในห้องครัวและหน้าสระน้ำ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่ใช้สอยหลักของบ้าน ห้องน้ำบางห้องไม่มีน้ำอุ่น เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นใช้งานไม่ได้ ลูกบิดเปิดประตูห้องนอนพังแบบหลุดติดมือมาเลยค่ะ ควรมีการ maintenance ก่อนเปิดให้เข้าพัก ในส่วนการประกอบอาหารเอง แม้จะมีแม่บ้านให้สามารถเรียกใช้บริการได้ แต่ห้องครัวไม่มีเครื่องปรุงให้เลย ต้องนำไปเองทั้งหมด (คนเดินทางมาเที่ยวคงไม่สะดวกที่จะแบกเครื่องปรุงทุกอย่างมาด้วย) ไม่มีแม้แต่ เกลือ พริกไทย น้ำมันพืช และไม่มีบริการล้างจานให้ ซึ่งราคาประมาณนี้เทียบกับคุณภาพการใช้สอยและบริการที่ได้รับถือว่าไม่คุ้มค่ากันเท่าไหร่ ในส่วนที่ดีคือบ้านพักมีวิวสวยมากกกๆ ดีไซน์สวย (แต่พื้นลื่นไป ถ้าเท้าเปียกจะเสี่ยงลื่นล้มง่ายมากๆ) ถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยมากค่ะ สรุป คือ อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องการ maintenance บ้าน + การทำความสะอาดและจัดการแมลงวัน + ให้บริการเครื่องปรุง(พื้นฐานควรต้องมี) + มีบริการล้างจาน + พื้นบ้านค่ะ ในส่วนอื่นๆ ถือว่าโอเคค่ะ
