Exceptional”
Stayed here 3D2N. Good first impression. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Service was top notch. Called reception and my requests were attended to swiftly. (both days we were there) Impressive. Room is spacious even with 2 twin beds inside. Still lots of room to move around. Beds are comfortable. I would like to add that I was impressed as well when I found out we were given 2 twin beds as requested in the Agoda app option selection. Breakfast options were somewhat limited. Just nice for a short stay (3D2N). Hotel location is near town if you wish to go out for breakfast, but we just wanted to relax coz we are going to spend the entire day in Tambun later. Parking is free but it gets filled up by the time we are back from Tambun @11pm. Nonetheless, u can still park behind the hotel. I can see my car from my room's window. Noice. Overall experience - 5 Star. Will stay here again for our next visit since we have the Tambun annual pass. See you soon!

Nearest to stadium”
Walking distance to stadium is the main reason I choose this hotel, because I have event at stadium. Price is considered super peak season price, lucky to book the last room on Agoda. 5-stars amenities in room i.e. hair dryer, iron, water heater, fridge, bath robe...... 5-stars facilities too i.e. swimming pool, gym, washing machine and dryer...... Overall, satisfied stay. Room is very clean and nice smell. Will stay again if I have event at stadium in future, should book earlier to get a better price.

We booked 2 rooms as i stayed with my 3 kids. The rooms were very clean and they have selfservice laundry, kids enjoyed the pool. Restaurants are right at the lobby. Me and my family love this place.

Fancy and comfort”
First time stay here i booked junior suite. Spacious room with king size bed with big sofa. Unfortunately the pool depth its only suitable for kids above 120cm. Really enjoyed the experience. Definitely will come again next time

Friendly and helpful staff!”
First time visiting Ipoh with the family and came across this hotel. Good location, hassle-free check-in, and check-out, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The room is clean and well-maintained, super spacious toilet with bright lights. The room we picked was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The pool is a bit small but it's comfortable and super clean! I love the view from the pool and gym area on the 12th floor. As for the room, our feedback is that the toilet sink is clogged, took a long time for the water to drain. A bit lacking in storage compartment because there are no drawers at all in the room, except for the cupboard. No empty power point so every time we want to charge our devices we had to pull out the lamp shades plugs, the fridge is a very small fridge that can fit about 4 bottles of 500ml mineral water only. Also, if you're driving, do take note that the parking is outdoors. But overall it was a good experience, we would stay again the next time we are in Ipoh!

Amazing place to stay, can feel the contemporary vibes, start from the entrance lobby, to the lift, aisle, room n cafe. The room is clean, not so big, but still have enough space to pray. They also provide prayer mat 👍🏼 bathrobe and toiletries. Staff are friendly, they used movie’s character name e.g. Master Jedi, Wanda 😉. The food for breakfast also taste good, i like the fried mee. The parking area a bit limited. Overall, nice place to stay when you are in ipoh.

I booked 2 rooms for my family and my parents and I have requested to have the rooms on the same floor but unfortunately they do not have. The staff very nice and change to 2 bedroom apartment. My parents enjoyed the stay and very happy with the apartment. They said if got chance, will stay again. Staff are nice and friendly. Thumbs up!

We’ve a great stay at this hotel 🫰🏻Worth the money to stay here with unique and modern design of room and the room/restroom was clean. Some improvement needed is the shower, the water heater not working well, sometimes the water is cold and sometimes is hot. The rest is ok. Thank you for decorate the room for our anniversary trip 🌷 appreciate for your effort for making us feel WOW 🤩

Great and nice hotel. Room a lot better and brighter comparing other lovely M Boutique's. Location wise a bit out from central but best to have a car. Breakfast so-so but hopefully can be improved. Thank you for the king deluxe room upgrade. Definitely will stay there again.

Had a good stay at the hotel. Room was nice and clean and so was the bathrooms. Nice rooftop area for just hanging out. Would recommend to have a better breakfast as the food seems pre-prepared like defrosted and served and perhaps have more lights in the room. Other than this, very nice stay with value for money.

Beautiful hotel, great location”
Stayed here for our girls trip. The hotel is beautiful and located right right in front of Stadium Ipoh. Very easy to move around the city via GrabCar as we took KTM from KL to Ipoh. Never tried their breakfast as we wanted to explore local eateries. The staffs were friendly and attentive. We stayed at the studio apartment and it is really spacious and fits for family (2 rooms with 2 queen beds). Overall, happy with our stay here.

From a start when you enter the Hotel Lobby, you'll love it their ID. Its really stunning. Room also inspired me to make my room as theirs. The toilet was superb cleaned!I love the design and the white tiles. So beautiful! Swimming pool also okay..its like infinity pool. Only the pillow a bit smelly and I have to cover with the towel. I cant sleep with that smell. But the towel was really fresh and wangi!!!all of their towel have that smell. I really love it!I love their super single bed..really spacious with my husband and 2 kids!Definitely will come again!

Worth to Stay in M Roof”
The price per night was reasonable. We stayed 4d3n & was very comfortable. Room was spacious, bed was good, just loved the bathroom, & a very well maintained hotel. The staffs were very polite, friendly & helpful. Easy access to town & eatery places. Parking available all times during my stay. I have no negative comments on this hotel & would definitely return to stay here.
