Our twin room is suppringly spacious. The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. M Village offers you two way transportation to/from the airport with no surcharge; however the schedule is fixed, so if it doesn't fit to your expected time, tranportation service operated by the resort is still worth to use (150k vnd/way for ~6.5km), just check with the resort current fee. Breakfast buffet is not very variable but it's okay for us. In general, we enjoy our stay a lot and definitely recommend it to all of you.

Very beautifully designed place and rooms. Loved the reception set up. The front desk staff was really helpful. Loved the stay! There are lots of switches, but no lights connected to it or they are spoiled

It’s quite good, but far from center, and it not located on the beach. Room nice, environment and landscape be quite good. Room rate still high compared with same level. And airport transfer service very bad if you are late

Excellent value for money - great landscape at a great location”
The hotel is located at a great location, near restaurants and beach bars. The hotel room and the landscape of hotel is definitely very refreshing with tropical paradise vibes in the middle of the town! The service is definitely 5 stars with the hotel going above and beyond giving us welcoming drinks, honeymoon decoration and free fruit platter & mocktails for our honeymoon. The only thing we would suggest for improvement is that the hotel may want to provide more options for breakfast for those who doesn’t eat meat as we feel that the spread was a tad bit limited for us. Also, we overbooked by one day stay and asked if we can subsitute with a short massage session since we paid more and Agoda doesn’t allow refund. We didn’t mind that we were not allowed to replace to any other service for the extra money we paid but the lady manager (I think) in black suit just said no to our request without even smiling. However, the staff was polite enough to decline our request. It’s definitely understandable and we don’t mind, but if the hotel would like to stay competetive with other hotels in Vietnam, they might want to look into better customer service is this aspect. We went to other hotels which do not mind upgrading, giving extra discounts, extra service for no charge asked (but we definitely tip for excellent service). Overall, it was a great stay. I really enjoyed chilling at the hotel’s pool.

Room is clean and spacious. Value for money. However, staff command of English is limited. Although the beach is nearby, it is not a great beach. The swimming pool has no steps and it is a Harvard getting in and out of the swimming pool. Phu Quoc is overrated.

Colazione ottima e superba , personale ottimo, piscina piccola, posizione buona. Le camere che ci hanno mostrato avevano tutte un intenso odore di muffa. Non é bastato lasciare la camera aperta dalle 10 alle 19 per risolvere. Durante il soggiorno siamo stati obbligati ad utilizzare l' aria condizionata per attenuare l odore, le finestre non hanno zanzariere e tutto intorno un giardino bellissimo ma con insetti. In camera sono presenti deodoranti con oli essenziali ma non basta. A fine soggiorno ci hanno proposto uno sconto del 10% per il prossimo soggiorno se avessimo messo un 10 come voto sulla recensione, non siamo interessati.

ロケーションもさる事ながら、宿泊ルームの小型ビラは最高の時間を演出してくれた。 悪い点を強いて言えば、こちらのサイトから予約して送迎も予約したのに何故かホテル側は把握しておらず…アプリの問題なのか、ホテルの問題なのか分からないが空港で1時間以上待たされた。 これはAgodaのせいなのか、ホテル側の過失なのか今となってはわからない。。
