THE BEST STAY IN PENANG”
Extremely ecstatic with the place. The room was clean af,smells good af,lighting on point,deco on point,equipped with everything (iron board,iron,laundry bag,glasses,spoon,shampoo,conditioner,lotion,shower,they provide micro fibre & full fibre pillows,everything is fluffy,clean—a day is not enough!) They even provide umbrella! Wow! Toilet clean af. Everything is 20/10!! The staff is friendly and rich of manners,polite very respectful. If they have bathtub in the room,it will surely be a 5 star standard hotel. Corridor cantik gila,they have fancy bread story beside lobby,lobby has amazing place to chill and eat croissants.

Very good service from this hotel, which is only 2 months running. I booked 3 rooms for my group of 11 people (2-bedroom family suites), and they gave us 2 which were connecting. All rooms were on the same floor, making it very convenient for the whole group. Rooms were well-furnished - comfortable beds, bathrobes and slippers are provided. Kettle and microwave/grill oven was useful to warm up food. Areas for improvement - Hand and face towels were provided only upon request. Aircon was inconsistent, sometimes overly cold sometimes not cold enough

One of the best stays I’ve ever had!”
Strategic location in Georgetown, clean and spacious room, well equipped washroom, cozy and aesthetic interior, super comfy bed and pillows, huge tv, great sound proof wall, good hospitality, and the list goes on and on! Really happy with the stay and I think it is very worthy for the price. 100% would be back again! One downside is that it is a bit hard to find parking.

Outstanding Comfortable Hotel in Good Location. ”
We booked the Deluxe King and Family Suite. Everything is good with this hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Amenities provided by the hotel is good. Cleanliness is best too. Only set back for the Deluxe room was the toilet. It got overflowed but the moment we told the staff the next morning, they got it fixed immediately. However, it seems to be the only problem with this hotel as other room we heard was having the same problem. Hope this hotel management will look into this matter and solve the issue once and for all. Other than that, it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Penang.

This is a newly built hotel with very nice & modern room interior design. The room is clean & spacious. The hotel staff are all super friendly & they will greet you whenever you back to the hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect too. A lot of delicious local food and cool cafe are just nearby. My 3D2N stay at here is awesome.

Beyond Expectation and Totally Recommended!”
Enjoyed our stay in the Deluxe King Room. For about RM400++ for 3 nights, I think I’ve hit jackpot. The room size was great for 2 adults and a preschooler. The bed was comfy (with huge and more than enough pillows too). The linen, carpet, furniture, bathroom were really clean. The ambiance of the hotel was topnotch for a pretty cheap hotel. All the staffs there were friendly, and helpful too. I love how they greeted us every time they saw us in the reception area and made conversation especially the malay staff. As for the location, it is located in the heart of Georgetown but parking space is very limited and that was why we preferred to go around Penang with Grab (to save the parking spot 😂). As for nearby food hawkers, a lot of Non-Halal food stalls so for us Muslims it was not an option but to go somewhere further to look for Halal food. But all in all, it was a great experience for us staying in this hotel. Would be our choice if we ever come by Penang again.

2nd time here. It has always been great staying here. Without a doubt will be staying here again if im back in penang. The location is right smack in the city. Easy access to all the nasi kandar area and tourist site. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The housekeeping service comes in fast!

I was soooo sooo satisfied with the hotel... took the family room for only 260. It came with 2 rooms and a living room. The rooms were so clean. And best of all the water pressure in the shower was excellent... breakfast was included and it was good.

Really like this hotel. I booked the suite with two bedrooms - just nice for 3 or 4 persons. The location is good - there are a lot of eateries around the hotel. New lane Hawker centre, dim sum place, famous Lorong Seratus Tahun curry mee, Lorong Selamat Char Kuey Tiaw, Jln Siam char kuey tiaw are all within walking distance. Ghee Hiang is also nearby. It’s also convenient to travel around by grab. There is a bakery, Watson, 24hour convenient store downstairs. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Spent a night at this hotel during my stay in Penang. Have to say, overall, i was very impressed. Check in was in a breeze, but do take note that the check in time is 3pm. Hotel location is very convenient and its near many popular eatery. The room was really spacious but at the same time very cosy. It is definitely one of the better hotel that I have stayed in. The hotel has its own place for breakfast, just right beside the lobby. highly recommend place for accommodation while in Penang!

Definitely recommended hotel in Penang”
It's my 2nd time here, having issue on 1st room with the AC, they upgraded my room. Top notch service from all the staffs Environment, cleanliness, all amazing Still 1 thing to improve, please make your AC be freezing, as Penang's weather is NO JOKE crazy hot, the AC inside the room isn't that cold even under 16c but on center panel actually is 23c
