The apartment was fab, couldn’t fault a thing, it had everything we needed! The staff are all so friendly and helpful especially with gaining access to the apartment (key safe etc) You also get given a free parking slip whilst you stay here and parking is only round the corner from the property. Due to the apartment being linked to the bistro below, we were able to order drinks at the bar and have them in the upstairs apartment, which was lovely after being out all day in Whitby. The location of the apartment itself is perfect! Not miles out the way but not in the way of all tourists or busy streets etc. The main centre is only a 5 minute walk if that! All in all we loved it and would definitely stay again!

The room was beautifully decorated and the bed so big, you could get lost in it! After a long drive to get to Whitby, we were not disappointed and our sleep was comfortable. Whitby itself was exceptionally busy and the place we had booked to eat had not confirmed. We called the owner of Mademoiselles, and she very kindly squeezed us in downstairs even though they were full and were down on staff. The food was as excellent as the room!

The location couldn’t be better really, less than 5 min walk to the harbour. On, and next, to lovely streets with lots to see locally. Short walk to Pannett park and museum. The room is stunning, decadent and smells divine - Rattan Reed Diffuser- Black Pomegranate, so yummy am going to buy some for my home 💘 The bedding feels weighted and the room is completely black with the light out so I slept like an absolute log most nights Nice touch with the chocolates and Kit Kat’s. Like that they don’t use small bottles of toiletries too to help the environment. Rolltop bath utter luxury, used it every night! Tv channels with prime , Netflix and all the other available channels a great touch.

Had a beautiful last minute three night stay in Whitby. Apartment was way beyond our expectation, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you need. Owner was absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us, fitted us in for a gorgeous meal in the Bistro for our last nights stay x Would definitely recommend to all friends and family, can’t wait to plan our next stay x

We loved everything about the apartment. The location, decor, comfort and staff. We booked very last minute for a 2 night stay and so pleased and lucky that this place was available. The added bonus is the bistro downstairs. Beautiful ambience and delicious food. We will be back.

What’s not to like? The apartment was exceptionally clean and was beautifully furnished. A very comfortable bed and a kitchen big enough for a dining area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, with bars, restaurants and shops on the same row, easy walking distance to all of Whitby’s many attractions.

My husband organised beautiful flowers to be placed in the room beforehand which the staff obliged. We also had a excellent meal in the bistro. Would stay there again.

Lovely room, very comfortable. Excellent facilities and great location.

The room was so beautiful and perfect, all the check in instructions were easy to follow and so no need to interact with anyone which made it absolutely Covid safe. There was a number should we have required help but we never had a need to.

It’s in a lovely moment of art of town less than a 5 min walk from the harbour the only down side is parking is a little tricky but there are plenty of instructions and permits are waiting for you on arrival

The accomodation was unique in a nice sort of way and we were made to feel relaxed and welcomed. The location was ideal.

The parking in the area was very busy and confusing. I think having the park and ride carpark closed made the town parking very busy and expensive. we were constantly clock watching. More information on parking in the area would be helpful,

We had to leave .......parking is tricky all over Whitby but this is absolutely no reflection on Mademioselles. There is a car park just over the road £8 for 24 hours so not bad.

A wonderful place to stay. The room is lovely with a roll top bath and also a great bathroom with shower. Very cozy and warm. Spotlessly clean by and very close to the shops.

The property was amazing. The room is gorgeous and even better than the photos. Love the tiles in the bathroom that much I am going to get them for my bathroom at home 😂. Best place to stay in the area by a country mile.

As soon as you walk in the door you know you are in a class place,we stayed in the Parisienne room and it is amazing,everything about it is fantastic and the bed,well you just don’t want to get out of it it is so comfy,Sue and Rich the owners,what lovely people,you are made to feel so welcome,would definitely go back again.
