A good new hotel”

Staff, cleanliness and the overall ambience were the best

The hotel is new, everything is fresh and well maintained. Even though it is close to the road it is still quiet and peaceful. Room was ready and sufficiently cooled upon our arrival for the temperature is boiling hot now. WiFi was superb throughout our stay. And the staff were outstandingly welcoming and helpful.

อาจจะไปพักอีกถ้า”

โรงแรมหาไม่ยาก อยู่ติดถนน มีป้ายชื่่อใหญ่ๆ เห็นชัดเจน แต่ป้ายเขียนไว้ว่า มา เดอ เออ ภูธารา แต่ในอโกด้าบออกว่าชื่อ มา เดอ เออ รีสอร์ท ทำให้สับสน ห้องพักไม่เยอะ แต่ไม่เป็นส่วนตัวนะ เพราะโรงแรมทำร้านอาหารด้วย ทำให้คนเยอะ รถเยอะ ไม่มีการกันพื้นที่จอดรถสำหรับลูกค้าห้องพักไว้ ทำให้บางที่ต้องไปจอดข้างถนนซึ่งเป็นทางโค้ง อันตรายมาก แล้วต้องมาย้ายรถถ้าเห้นว่าคนเริ่มน้อย (ค่อนข้างค่ำ) แถมยังต้องมาดูเองอีก แล้วโซนที่พักกับร้านอาหารแม้จะอยู่กันคนละฟาก แต่ไม่มีการกั้นคน คนที่มาทานอาหารก็เดินมาในโซนแขกพักอาศัย ทำให้ไม่เป็นส่วนตัว ตอนเข้าพัก พนักงานเปิดประตูแล้วยกของเข้าห้อง มีแขกคนอื่นที่ไม่ได้พัก มามุงดูเป็นจำนวนมาก แล้วยังส่งเสียงดังเรียกคนอื่นๆมาดูอีก ปิดม่านแทบไม่ทัน บางทีนอนดูทีวี แล้วปิดประตูเปิดผ้าไม้ไว้นิดหน่อย ก็มีคนมาด้อมๆมองๆ ไม่เกรงใจกันเลย พอปิดม่านสีขาว ให้แสงสว่างเข้ามาได้ กลับพบว่ามีคนมาเขย่าประตู นึกว่าลม เปิดไปดู ลูกค้าร้านอาหารมาแอบดูห้องพัก นอกจากไม่สงบแล้วยังไม่ปลอดภัย การบริการของพนักงาน ดีครับ บริการดี มีมีถามด้วยว่าลูกค้าจะส่งอะไรไหมก่อนร้านปิด และยังยกอาหารมาให้นั่งทานที่หน้าห้องได้ ซึ่งเวลานั้นร้านได้ปิดแล้ว ถือว่ามีความเป็นส่วนตัวมากๆ เพราะคนน้อยมาก และสงบมาก อาหารตอนเช้าเป็นแบบจานให้เลือก มาเร็วดีครับ ไม่ต้องรอนาน โดยส่วนตัวถ้าหากไม่อยู่ในช่วงเวลาร้านอาหารให้คะแนน 9.5 เลยครับ

เตียงสะอาด มีแมลงในห้อง โทรติดต่อสอบถามไม่ได้ ไปถึงดึกที่ล็อคประตูเสียต้องให้คนมาแก้หลายครั้ง ควรทำให้ปลอดภัย โดยรวมดี อาหารเช้าอร่อย บริการเกือบดีมาก ตอนทานอาหารเช้าพนักงานมาเช็ดโต๊ะข้าง รอบๆ ก่อความรำคาญ ควรรอให้แขกทานเสร็จก่อนค่อยเช็ดก็ได้ เหมือนรบกวนความสุข ขาชั้นไม้ 2อันเหมือนขาเก้าอี้ที่วางผ้าหน้ากระจกยื่นออกมากระแทกศรีษะหลายครั้งเวลาใช้งาน ควรแก้ไข โดยรวมดี อาจจะกลับไปพักอีก

เราตั้งใจไปเที่ยวแถว วังทอง แบบเร่งด่วน เจอโรงแรมนี้พอดี ราคาที่พัก คุ้มค่ามากๆ กับการบริการของพนักงาน ใส่ใจลูกค้า ดีมาก เราไปกับเพื่อน ต้องการเตียงแยก แต่รีสอทมีแต่เตียงมาตราฐานเป็นคิงส์ไซร์ พนักงาน แก้ปัญหาได้ดีสามารถขอผ้าห่มเพิ่มได้ อีกกรณีที่เราเจอ พนักงาน ได้แนะนำทานอาหารเย็นที่รีสอท และทำการจองโต๊ะนั่งไว้ แต่พอใกล้ถึงเวลา เราไปถึง กลับไมไ่ด้โต๊ะ ที่จองไว้ เลยต้องเปลี่ยน เป็น โต๊ะในโซนอื่นแทน (เป็นเพราะการสื่อสารที่ผิดพลาดของพนักงานกันเอง) พนักงานที่ดูแล เมื่อรู้เรื่อง สามารถแก้ปัญหาให้เราได้ดี แสดงถึงความเอาใส่ลูกค้าจริงๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งใก้ลแหล่งท่องเที่ยว น้ำตก ต่างๆ วิว แม่น้ำ บรรกากาศของพื้นที่ทานอาหาร ความร่มรื่นของต้นไม้ในตัวรีสอท ห้องพักใหม่ สะอาดมาก ไว้มีโอกาสไปพิษณุโลกอีก ก็คงพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง
