Amazing Experience with Family at such a wonderful hotel”
I had the chance to stay at this hotel during my recent visit to Masjid An nabawi. The hotel is located at a nice location and is very close to the prophet mosque. 👉If someone is looking for a hotel which is close to the female prayer area in the prophet mosque then this hotel would be an ideal choice as it is at close proximity to door number 13-17 and 25-29. 👍The service we received at this hotel was top notch. The rooms were clean and the staff was round the corner to help us with our needs. We received excellent timely services from Mr. Mannan (hotel staff), specifically related to changing of bed sheets/towels blankets, cleaning of dustbins, periodically providing water and tea sachets during our three night stay in Madinah. 👉I saw KFC and hardees fast food restaurants very close to this hotel. The staff at the reception speaks and understand English language along with Arabic. 👉There are six high speed elevators to easily access the upper floors. The hotel supports wheelchair accessibility which includes the entrance and other facilities. 👍The internet speed in this hotel was fast without any interruption. The hotel staff was extra courteous to us by extending our checkout timing to match the flight timing. ⭐Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel and looking forward to visit it again soon with my family.

Very close to the women gate ”
Mom wanted a very close hotel to the lady’s gate and she was more than happy w this location. I did not stay w them and they did not use their breakfast service, so no comment about these. We had to ask for pretty out of ordinary late checkout about 18:00 and they happily gave it for us. Well appreciated

Friendly staff, nice old style rooms”
It is easy to say that the staff was friendly, after all aren't they all, especially in Arabic countries? First of all, most staff was either from Pakistan or Bengali, but also the local staff at the reception was not only friendly, but also very efficient. Staff competence and friendliness is paramount in any hotel experience. It's a Hilton and the hotel lives up to its standard of hospitality. The rooms are graciously furnished in beautiful furniture and extremely comfy bed and relaxing bathroom. Improvement areas: to have a working fridge, lighter coloured wallpaper and I don't like wall to wall carpets as they can never be truly clean. Madinah Hilton will remain my first choice when coming back.
