Relaxing and Warming”
We stayed at a two bedroom unit. There are actually 3 separate rooms - the two big bedrooms and a living room, each with separate locks. Each bedroom also came with 2 bathrooms and this was a big plus for big family. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Kids like the big tub in one bathroom. The room, blanket, shower are warm enough to nicely survive 15 degree celsius winter. The only downside is breakfast which is limited and the quality is only fair. The resort staffs are friendly with great service.

The location of the resort was great. Standard facilities found within the room..fridge, cable tv, en-suite large shower room. The parking was out of numbers. There are generous staffs, less choices for breakfast...but quite lucky me.. i like mushroom portridge! The room was comfort and clean. The bed is hard but i like it. Soft bed made my back ache. The room was by a lake and quite private. Cold breezes blew away my stress. Swimming pool is small to swim but ok for whirlpool. Less facilities for family with child. I think it was great for friends or couples. Quite happy to be here.

Great location, lovely surroundings with a lake. It seemed to be a resort with 2 distinct parts, one part where the rooms were very nice but seemed no one was staying and then another part where rooms were a little tired when we stayed. All was good but rooms very tired. Breakfast also not the best, maybe 4/10.

Nice and Quiet”
The hotel is located a little further away from the mountain but has a very nice view of surrounded mountain. I changed my room to a cottage which has more space and has a water pond adjacent to it. I arrived late night on weekdays. The reception counter was closed but the hotel security had the room key and even allow me to change room to a better one. Breakfast is ok. The room is clean and nice. However, there is no other services after 8 pm.

I don't think we come back here any more. The bed was very uncomfertable.. Very hard and wake up with sore hips. I think very cheap mattress.. The doors were no good work. Big openings between the doors, for mosquitoes to come into the room. Had to buy a big tape to lock the openings. Bad. Breakfast only delicious sunday morning because then it was many people and they make something you can call a buffet. Not too bad.The other days only american breakfast with a lot of mayonnaise. The good thing is the place. It has a very beautiful nature around this place. The swimmingpool was out of service the 4 days we were there, but no reduce in the room price.

Once is Enough”
The Villa has floor to ceiling glass windows/doors facing the afternoon sun. Curtains have to remain closed and the doors have to remain closed as there is no mosquito screens at all. Fortunately the aircon worked well. The furniture was crude and belonged in a garden. The table an chairs were fit for children only. The mattress could have been a block of wood and the curtains around the bed served no useful purpose. Sat TV did work. The concrete floor once painted will look dirty no matter how well it is brushed. There are no tea/coffee making facilities although a kettle was procured on request. Hot water excellent in shower and hand basin. Restaurant was outside, the biggest part was under a corrugated tin barn with fold up table and chairs. The 2nd night we were the only customer and were asked to order breakfast the day before. Only one member of staff present and nothing laid out. There was a security patrol and CCTV cameras. Grounds lit at night by fluro lamps mounted on sticks in the ground and ballasts mounted in empty plastic bottles for waterproofing. What are the owners thinking of? The money they have put into this resort should have resulted in something far superior to this. Once is definitely enough.

If you want to be away from people”
Our lives were very chaotic. So, this was the place to stay overnight far away from people. Our one- year-old daughter loved this place a lot, particularly during the swimming time. If you are looking for a very quiet place, this is one of the choices.

Very Dirty and OLD”
Highly NOT recommended! You can find more hotels in this price around this area in much better quality. Never experienced such dirty hotel like this before. - Aircond smells like dead animal inside. - At night, hearing rats running above the ceiling all the time, and I couldn't sleep. - My skin feels itchy under bed blankets. Apart from this, breakfast is quite limited selection, but taste well. So, unless there's no where else on earth, find other place to stay. You can find much better conditioned hotel (old or new), at the same price around this area.

If you do not have a car... this is not a place for you, When I arrived, no one was at the front desk,,,, I waited for someone to come. No security guards at the gate. The rooms are old. Although they are worth the money.

Room doesn't really look new like in the pictures. Breakfast is very bad. Not close to any tourist place and nothing to do around the hotel.
