Affordable Room Rates”
Magic Oceans is a great resort. However, it is primarily tailored to hardcore divers and wealthy tourists. The excellent quality of the rooms, modern style, and affordability of the price per night for a bungalow defines a Magic Oceans stay. The staff is extremely knowable and friendly. The pool and grounds are clean and well maintained. BUT the cost of the amenities and facilities are much more expensive than other hotels in Bohol. For example, the motor bike rental price per day offered at Magic Oceans is almost double than other places nearby Anda. Pickup in Tagbilbaran and shuttle to the resort is $60. Lunch and Dinner at the restaurant is typically $20 to $30. So it might be advisable to find alternative services nearby the Resort during your stay to keep the overall cost of your stay more affordable. In saying that, I highly recommend this resort if you're traveling to Bohol. Magic Oceans and the surrounding area contrasts with Alona Beach in Bohol. You will have a more relaxing and intimate experience away from the crowds in Alona Beach. Although Magic Oceans doesn't have sandy beach access there are several options nearby in Anda which are quite beautiful.

Perfect Haven for Solitude and Diving”
Magic Oceans is the ideal small resort, nestled on the rocks overlooking the clear waters of the Pacific. The food is inspiring and portions are more than plentiful. The menu is truly international; something often hard to find in smaller hotels in the Philippines. The staff go beyond to make their guests feel at home and every need is seen to. Need something? Just ask and the staff will even send someone to get a special request! The private cottages encircle the pool area and remind you of how resorts used to be when luxury didn't mean large crowds and cookie-cutter rooms! Catering largely to divers, the resort offers diving instruction, PADI certification as well as snorkeling trips on one of their private boats. Guests will enjoy sipping drinks from the terraces situated above the beautiful sea below, or taking a walk on the long, extended dock while taking in the magnificent colors of spectacular sunsets!

This is a resort for divers, and diving is awesome. I just spent 3 night there but saw a lot during those days and got some awesome pics(i like to take pics). The rooms are big and spacious and well thought trough and you dont lack anything there with regarding space, bathroom are just how you want it, european standard. BUT, there is no TV in the room, some people like that, i dont. Lovely pool to relax in. The resort is very well managed and runned and you see happy staff all over the place. The diveshop is maybe the best i have seen, correction, it is the best i have seen. I have only positive thing to say about the resort itself. It takes you 1,5 -2 hours to reach from Taglibaran(main city on Bohol). Once you're there, you will spend all your time on the resort, there is nothing around. But if you are divers you will just wanna dive anyway. The food is great, but it is way overpriced. I am not used to those kinda prices at all. Many items on the many are almost double of what i am used to paying so unless you're on a package deal, reckon a big food budget. We spent over 8000 peso on 2 and a half day just on food. and then we just choosed from the cheaper food. Overall it was an awesome stay with awesome diving, and a great resort.

Very nice resort. Good diving. All the team very friendly and efficient. It is not nearby to the town of Anda and is isolated (which has its advantages). The food and drinks are good, but a little on the expensive side for the country. Would come back with pleasure.

It was a last minute booking when Agoda shows it has 2 bedrooms available but when we arrived the Manage was not sure if there’s beds. We managed to get in while waiting for them to clean the 2bedrooms at 1am then there’s no bathroom soap for our shower. I was under the impression that we have free breakfast coz the Manager was able to see my confirmation as there’s slow internet I cannot open my email. So we went for breakfast that cost P2K. I total I paid P10K for just short night.

Great Dive Resort, had the place to ourselves”
1st time in Anda and things are slow right now due to covid travel restrictions. We were basically the only guests the entire week. We went diving a few times and it was a private dive with Marlon who was great. The restaurant was open and we ate most of our meals there. A little pricey but they offered a 25% discount on food. The room /diving were also discounted so it was a great value for the $. The pool was nice but it did make my skin itch a little. The wifi was decent, was able to stream videos with minor skipping. Everything was great and I hate to include this but it did happen. I did get food poisoning and since I ate all of my meals that day at the hotel, I can only assume it was from the hotel. Since the hotel is really slow not sure how fresh the ingredients are. On another occassion I was given some watermelon with my meal and it didn't smell great so I didn't eat it.

Eine Oase der Ruhe zum Entspannen”
Wir als als junges Paar suchten nach einer langen Rundreise noch ein Paradies zur Erholung. Nach 1.5 std. Fahrt vom Flughafen kamen wir in eine der best gepflegten Dive Resort Anlage an. Das Gute an einen Dive Resort ist, dass wir ab 8.45 Uhr fast alleine im Resort waren bis zum Mittagessen und danach nochmals bis 16.00 Uhr. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Resort keinen eigenen Strand hat, dafür ein sehr schönes, eigenes Riff. Badeschuhe sind ein Muss. Das Essen und der Service waren immer Ausgezeichnet. Es war eine sehr familiäre Stimmung, da das ganze Pesonal deinen Vornamen wussten und auch persönliche Gespräche entstanden. Die Malzeiten genossen wir an einem langem Tisch mit den anderen Divern und hat spannende Gespräche. Es ist aber auch möglich ein Candlelight Dinner zu geniessen.Nahe gelegen (6km) besuchten wir in Anda den localen Markt und den sauberen local Beach. Mit dem gemieteten Motorrad besuchten wir die Sehenswürdigkeiten mit professioneller Unterstützung der Reseption. Ein tolles Erlebnis war der Schnuppertauchgang mit sehr guter Einführung des professionellen Team. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

如果你想用高出市场价格一倍的价格，体验低于市场平均水准的位置，餐饮，服务就来吧，你将浪费金钱和生命，毁掉你的假期！ 1. 位置距离机场大约 3 小时，市场平均价格一趟 2800 比索，酒店接机要价 8000 比索 2. 酒店早餐非常难吃，要价几十美金，甚至不如旁边 1peace 潜水中心 200 比索的简餐；酒店周围几乎是荒野，半小时车程内完全无任何餐饮。 3. 名义上 10 点之后要安静，每天晚上 12 点酒吧放大声音乐，聊天，休息根本无法保障 4. 酒店内潜水平均比旁边潜店贵一倍，我居住七天内几乎没有看见有客人 5. 酒店的照片欺诈，游泳池只有大概三米宽，只有大概一米宽的位于悬崖的人造沙滩！没有私人沙滩！无法直接下水！ 6. 居住在酒店内时由于后续几天没有租用店内摩托车，外租摩托车被酒店员工放气 7. 房间内热水损坏，无法持续供应热水 最后，店内几乎所有中国游客都是因为其他地区酒店无法预订被 agoda 推荐骗来。如果你不想毁掉自己的假期，请记住，千万不要选择这家酒店！千万不要选择这家酒店！千万不要选择这家酒店！

Mr. Chen realized too late that he did not book a stay in Panglao, where he had already booked his own dive instructor. After he realized this, he tried to cancel his booking with us. When we refused to refund his last minute cancellation, he threatened to infect us all with the Corona virus if we made him come. On site, no complaint about anything was received and Mr. and Mrs Chen were absolutely friendly to all. So there was no more indication anything was wrong. We truly feel this review is to ventilate frustrations that ultimately have nothing to do with our accommodation, or the presentation thereof online. And by the way, our pool is 10 by 20 meters. 喜欢安静，适合泡酒店的感觉。。吃饭也不算特别贵，服务态度很好，因为我的英语很差。交流吃力但也有耐心。价位中等。吃的一般，中等。离市区很远，没有餐馆和商店。内部环境很好。值得来住。
