I usually not review on Agoda! But Makarem Ajyad Makkah hotel was my Best Choice, I booked for 2 night 2 Rooms, we reached in a morning before 4-5 hours of check in time because our flight was early morning, on the Reception Mr. Abdullah welcome us, He give us Keys to use Hotel Toilets and also offer us to wait in a lobby and with in next one hour approximately He arrange the rooms because one of our family member suffered with high fever, so we need some rest before Umra, Room Service was Good, Break Fast Good , Delicious and we received every day call from Service if we need any thing …. Mr. Abdullah also take care of us during our stay …. So overall experience is good, Walk to Haram is 3-5 min and very accessible…. Value of Money….

Walking distance to Haram. Managers and staff was very cooperative especiallythe hospitality of Breakfast Manager Mr. Saeed and the supervisor of room cleaner Mr. Nizam. Breakfast was excellent. Don't worry about parking if their own parking full they will park your car after tunnel and will give you pick and drop. Everything is perfect but I have suggestion they have to change their carpets.

Wondrous hotel ”
The location of this hotel is very good. From the hotel to the Mataf area is a distance of approximately 7 minutes. The antique style of the hotel, incorporated with modern technology is also absolutely wonderful. The little quotes here and there added a spiritual touch to every step. The receptionists and staff are exceptionally well trained, polite and respectful. The thoughtful calls from the reception, checking up on how our stay is going and if we are in need of any assistance made our stay all the more worthwhile. Not to forget, the room service food was scrumptious and particularly well presented. All in all, we had a wondrous experience at this hotel.

Excellent location near to Haram and easy access for taxis and cars. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was very cooperative specially Mr Abdullah at reception who made check in very smooth and quick despite of the rush. Very good quality toilet amenities was an add on.

It was nice staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, the hotel is very modern and clean. Still within a walking distance to Al Haram and a valet car parking is free next to the building. In addition, it is a good value for money.
