Good but....”
New building and quality furnished; however,,,, We booked 2 triple rooms and both rooms had below issues: 1- No hot water in all rooms... due central heating system issue 2- Weak AC in all rooms 3- Bus shuttle, only one bus for the whole hotel. This might be due to low volume of guests in the hotel during our stay. That was the least important as we could manage it with same hotel bus or with other nearby hotels

Choice hotel with good shuttle survice”
Very bad shuttle service. We suffered alot on coming and going to Haram. Shuttle not available hardly we can find it after long time of waiting

we actually booked makarem al baiyt but been moved to makarem umm al qura as they said tht makarem al baiyt is under maintenance. makarem umm al qura has shuttle bus.. all shuttle buses stop at stop centre n we need to walk about 400-500m to haram.

Umrah visit”
Generally we are comfortable in the hotel. The room is spacious, bathroom is ok.The refrigerator in the room is not working. The hotel is clean. The breakfast at the restaurant is good. The location is a little bit far from the Holy Mosque (Masjid al Haram). The shuttle service from the hotel to Masjid al Haram is okay in the morning but not in the evening. We normally take a taxi going back to the hotel as the shuttle is no longer available, thus an additional expense.

Excellent hotel however 15 mins drive from Haram”
the hotel is very good, well maintained and relatively newly built. the furniture and the flooring all look new and clean. it is highly recommended however only if you have your own transport. it is at least a 15 minutes drive from the masjid al-haram. that is not very convenient when you have to pay sar 15 five times a day to reach the haram to say your prayers and then the same amount coming back. plus the fact the you have to negotiate the rate with the taxi drivers everytime since there are no taxi meters or set fares in makkah. we were on umrah visa so we were not allowed to rent a car and so taxi was the only option available. this can be an excellent hotel if it starts an hourly or bi-hourly shuttle to and back from the harem (afterall fuel is cheap in ksa!). many hotels in the area which are at a distance from the harem including le meridien towers makkah provide a free shuttle service every 10 minutes to harem. with the shuttle feature this can be one of the best valued hotels in makkah. additionally the hotel has no breakfast option which can be sometimes inconvenient to step out to the nearby groceries to get sometime to eat in the morning.

Thanks to agoda for finding me this hotel...suhor was yam..room and hotel is nice but the staff they make the hotel excellent, well behaved well trained, restaurant manager Mr Mamun was very helpful and reception staf was very fast take only 2 to 4 minutes to check in and they extended my check out time by saying no problem. I will definitely come here again. Only problem is I won't recommend you if you are traveling with older person because of shuttle service because Saudi police makes the bus stop very far along with all other hotels bus.

Tour de Macca”
Worth for money to stay in the hotel, about 5km to Masjidil-haram through 1 or 2 tunnels. Taxi may cost 20 rial for a single trip for a couple of passengers. Clean hotel room and nice bed. Temperature air-conditioner is adjustable. But soap and shampoo was not fragrant and could be nice for pilgrim doing umrah or hajj ritual while in ihram.

My experience only A good hotel for the last 10 of ramadan it s mentionned 5 stars but expect 3 stars in term of furniture cleaning .... Internet was good for checking your emails but not for snap Bathroom not clean enough Location it s too far from al haram buses are their but no special time especially if it s too crowded like ramadan Hotel can be fine in term of value if you dont have a problem with bus transportation From my ecperience it s good as a value especially as i mentionned for ramadan where all hotels are crazy but to book there again i ll not because when police closes al haram like what happened with us last friday 26th of ramadan we were in obligation to wait from 2 pm to 4pm only to open the roads so we can go to haram you either make sure to go there before roads closed or to stay in al haram to avoid that Food i did not tried Thank you

Overall excellent, rooms has a lot of good facilities but should be more spacious. Wash room was neat and excellent. No break fast buffet as mentioned, breakfast was sent to room very lately and quality was also not very good

Comfortable but services should be improved”
The hotel is very nice, with well-appointed rooms, comfortable mattresses, pillows etcetera. However, there are two downsides - the first is that the bathroom constantly stinks like backed up sewage. even after cleaning, it smells the same. second, the hotel is terrible at providing cleaning service. during eight days stay, the room was cleaned only twice, and both times upon insistent request.

The place is great The receptionist not that much friendly and too much questions and a waste of time to make sure that you are the same guy who reserve the room The hotel provides transportation facility to alharam But it is not available all the time and if you asked the reception they will say maybe within an hour or two or three the bus will come but he will not give an exact answer
